A mahogany deck with heated gunite private pool and Jacuzzi faces the ocean. Top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen appliances: 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, subzero refrigerator, wine fridge. Washer/dryer, numerous flat screen TVs, central air, 2 fireplaces, high speed internet, satellite/cable TV, outdoor gas grill. Towels and linens are supplied. This house can be enjoyed year round. It is fully winterized with the hot tub available 24/7 during the off season for you to enjoy even in cold weather.
We love our guests and they are our number one priority. However, this is a residential area and we respect our neighbors therefore outside gatherings should be mindful of noise as well.
Located right on the water, it’s your perfect oceanfront getaway. Breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean can be seen throughout the house or from one of the balconies. This extremely exclusive property has a private boardwalk that leads you from the back of the house to your very own exclusive stretch of sugar white beach. The ample mahogany deck, where the pool and hot tub are located is also the perfect place to soak in the relaxation, watch the sunset and take in the view.
This house is the stuff that dreams are made of. In fact, it inspired the writing of a theatrical play based on one of our guest’s stay at the house! Inside, the soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors and endless windows invite warmth and sunlight into the house year round. The top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen and large dining area are inviting areas to share and prepare meals. The living room is exquisitely detailed, and the unique family room with a cozy fireplace is especially inviting. With 6.5 baths, 8 bedrooms and plenty of living space, the layout of this house is perfect for groups of any size- a large family or group gathering, or a quiet, relaxing retreat.
The village of Westhampton is only a short drive away with trendy boutiques, cafes, and great restaurants. Wineries, and outlet shopping are all nearby. Popular outdoor activities include: water sports (rafting, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, water skiing, water tubing, wind-surfing), cycling, horseback riding, fishing, golf, and paragliding.

Summary: The pictures of this house are incredible. The house itself is even nicer. There are windows everywhere with lots of light and gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The house is very large and spacious with lots of seating/relaxation areas. We were a group of 7 couples and this house was the perfect spot for a getaway weekend.

She was always available to help us in any way to ensure we had the best time ever, adding thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The house featured a flowing open floor plan that created an inviting and spacious atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings. We enjoyed spending time together indoors, sharing meals, and making memories. Although it was too cold to swim, the heated pool complemented the view beautifully as we relaxed by it. One of the highlights of our stay was witnessing the beautiful sunrises. We also took walks near the ocean, enjoying the tranquil sound of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze. Exploring nearby wineries and the downtown area added to our wonderful experience, and we all had an amazing time! I cannot recommend this rental highly enough! Summary: Great stay at rose’s home! It’s the perfect set up for a large group, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms for everyone. Very good open layout with lots of space to eat and lounge with the group. Everything was super clean. Rose is communicative and kind. Right on the beach which is amazing. It is a bit far down dune road so make sure to bake in extra time to get to town, but the neighborhood feel of the home is well worth it

Summary: We spent an incredible week at this beautiful property on the beach! We wanted a getaway with my parents, siblings, and all the children/grandkids in our family for spring break but could not travel far because dad had open heart surgery a few weeks prior. It was just what we needed…a spacious modern clean house, a beach where our cavapoo ran around everyday, fun times with the whole family just relaxing and cooking and playing games, and the cool ocean breeze helping dad’s recovery. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing place to getaway with a private beach and beautiful house. A heartfelt thanks to Rose for making our stay special and being so accommodating. My mom fell in love with the sheets and wants to buy the same brand lol. Thanks again, Rose for everything!! We hope to come back one day again.
