Summary: We had 3 generations staying at the property to celebrate my 75th birthday. The house and amenities were excellent and, most importantly, exactly as described. We were steps away from the most beautiful beach. And even though the weather was less than ideal we all had a marvelous time. Steven, the host, could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

Summary: Excellent location. Beautiful house and beach. We all had a great time! One suggestion is to provide more instructions on the how to turn the hot tub on and off when staying over, you will be in contact with the owner if you want to use the hot tub. Overall great experience!

Summary: We just returned from a week's vacation. This property with it's pool, hot tub and location is fantastic. Steven was the perfect host, always just a phone call away if you need anything or have questions. We were 6 adults with 3 children and had more than enough space. Wonderful to be able to fit all 9 comfortably around the dinner table. The house was clean and there was an abundance of towels and linens available. I can't say enough about Steven or this home. If you are thinking about a rental on Dune Rd., I can't imagine finding better.

Summary: We were 6 adults and one 18 month old and we all had a blast. Can't beat the location-a short walk to the beach or the bay. Each couple had their own bathroom which is a big plus. The upstairs deck at sunset is a must as were the pool and relaxing jacuzzi. Steve was readily available to answer any questions.
