The grand entrance staircase will transport you to another world through the Italian-style portico, where you are immediately greeted by an expansive ocean view.
Walking into the main house, you are greeted by a beautiful, curved staircase leading you up to the main living area. The living, kitchen, and dining areas open to breathtaking ocean views. Take a seat inside or on the large balcony and watch the waves crash along the shore. Just off the great room, you have the spacious cook’s kitchen, completely equipped with everything a gourmet chef may need. This cook's kitchen comes with high-end appliances, including a Viking oven, and includes plenty of cabinet space and a walk-in pantry. With two dining areas, this home is perfect for hosting lavish evening dinners or casual midday lunches. Each dining table seats 8, with additional bar seating for 4.
Just off the other side of the great room, you will find the primary suite with a king bed and a sofa. Wake up to stunning sunrises. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful infinity tub and a large walk-in shower. Escape and unwind in this ultra-deep and private retreat. With a continuous flow of water cascading over the sides, the infinity bath offers whole-body immersion. Passing the bathroom is a large dressing room with ample space to store all your outfits.
To the right of the great room is a beautiful mahogany-adorned office and library that provide the perfect work-from-anywhere space. Just beyond the office, you find two guest suites featuring their own ensuite bathrooms with king-size beds and walk-in closets.
Head back down to the entry level for a quick workout in the home's fitness center, which features a Schwinn bike, a Bowflex Max trainer, dumbbells, exercise balls, and a folding massage table. As a bonus, the fitness center features an attached full bathroom with a premium steam shower. On this level, you will also find another guest suite with an ensuite bathroom and a king-sized bed with a walk-in closet.
Finishing off the entry level is a truly unique feature for this home: a private movie theater! The theater features a huge projector screen, a wet bar, and eight microfiber reclining chairs, each of which provides the perfect view of the big screen.
Take a ride on the elevator down to the expansive, finished basement. The basement features an additional living area, a foosball table, and a ping pong table.
Another unique feature of this property is the adjoining guest house, located just across the portico from the main entrance. The guest house offers privacy away from the rest of the house with its own kitchenette and two additional suites. The bedrooms each feature their own ensuite bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom features a cozy king bed, and the second bedroom features two plush full-sized beds.
Outside, through the portico, enjoy a cool dip on hot summer days in the private infinity pool, surrounded by ocean views and lush greenery. Attached to the pool is a large, 6-person spa with complimentary heating year-round. The outdoor area also features an outdoor kitchen with a large built-in grill and beverage fridge next to a teak wood table set for 6.
