HOUSE RULES
1. We require ALL guests to sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT and schedule a 500$ security hold upon booking. Holds are released upon checkout.
2. Must be 25yrs old to rent.
3. No unregistered guest are allowed. 12 guest MAX OCCUPANCY. Anything over 12 is subject to $250 fine and possible eviction.
4. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.
5. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests, you will be charged $100 per guest, a $500 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.
6. We can allow a pet on a case by case basis with fee. Please message us with size and breed for approval. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $500.00 and an additional $250.00 ozone and cleaning fee and possible eviction.
7. No Shoes allowed in the house: We provide complimentary slippers to all adult guests to enjoy your stay.
8. We ask for guests to keep doors closed at night "in summer months" to prevent bugs from coming in. House is located in a wooded area near the river.
9. Do not use the "white" towels to remove makeup. We provide grey towels to remove makeup as your makeup will stain the (white) towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.
10. There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of house only for security purposes and to confirm number of guests
