The penthouse is very spacious and includes a fully-equipped kitchen and living room that face the ocean. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 full beds with a private bathroom, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a full bathroom located right next to it.
The property includes an infinity-style swimming pool that faces the ocean. There is also a grill area located on the 5th floor where you can enjoy the view of the bay and sunsets. You can walk straight onto the beach from the swimming pool area!

Summary: Our vacation was wonderful! The view is worth the money and the travel (it was a 19 hour trip to get there from the US east coast). The place is simple which was appreciated. No decorations clogging the space, which is not needed because the view is all you need! The patio is amazing and we spent much of our time on the patio looking out over the water. There were lots of birds that flew close by to the patio and over the water, which kept us entertained! The furniture was beautiful and simple. There were chairs and umbrellas right on the beach to rent, which was perfect for us. I would absolutely recommend this place for the amazing view, perfect location to town and peaceful atmosphere!

Summary: What a great location, and a view that can’t be beat. Location is perfect, right on the beach, quiet and still an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Our three bedroom penthouse was well laid out with stunning views of the ocean. One negative was the fact the condo was not quite ready for us, we were the first to use the unit, basic things were missing, but with an email sent the owner followed through to ensure we got the things we needed and even brought us a bottle of tequila and offered the use of their own private pool next door as compensation. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to when we can return again.
