Welcome to the Luxury 4,000 square feet modern house in Barra de Navidad, built in 2013. Located just steps from the main canal, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, lagoon, main restaurants and shops in Town.
It is a 2 story house. On the first floor you will find an automated main garage for one big car. A fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator, wine cooler, pans, pots, etc. a granite countertop which can be used as a dining area along with 4 stools, enough pantry, and everything as a part of the principal area, just adjacent from the terrace and the pool.
A comfortable living room with a 42” Flat HD cable-TV, Blu-Ray, shelves, and a leather couch in an area in which you can watch movies or enjoy the view from the garden and pool. Air Conditioning for the Kitchen and the main living room.
One first floor bedroom with a full bed and a single bed, air conditioning, cable TV and a complete bathroom.
A Modern decor terrace with dining table for six people, patio furniture, bar sink, refreshment refrigerator, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a ½ bathroom. You can also use the grill for afternoon barbeques.
A private and heated 270 square feet pool along with a 1,600 square feet beautiful garden and two palms.
A utility room with washing and drying machine.
The second level has bamboo floor, and you will find another bedroom with a full bed and a single bed, air conditioning, cable TV with and a complete bathroom.
It is also a T.V. room with a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, 46” Flat HD cable TV, and DVD.

Summary: We tested out a working trip to visit family, and it was fantastic. The house is beautiful and in wonderful condition, and the location was perfect for walking to family's and into town. The pool and patio area were great to relax at, eat at, and work at; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat in; and the internet was fast enough for us to work remote. We'll be back!

Summary: Our arrival was disappointing as there was no one to let us in. It got resolved with the help of friends in town. The pool was great and the amenities as advertised. Great location for a private get away.

Summary: We had an amazing time in Barra staying at this lovely house. The house is spotless with a wonderful pool and very close to town. Within 5 minute walk. So no car needed. It’s very safe and secure. The owners Esteban and Carla are so great! Extremely helpful, especially when finding us information on getting our covid tests before we left. They went above and beyond for the 4 of us and we felt so welcomed. We are so thankful for everything they did for us and are planning on going again next year. You will not be disappointed with the home owners and this amazing house. Gaby the house cleaner comes twice a week and is lovely. Thank you is not enough for all the help we received. Consider yourself lucky if you can stay here. The Kings

Summary: This was our first trip to Barra and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The town is great and we walked everywhere even to cuastacomettes....the house is fantastic and we spent every afternoon in the back yard and enjoyed the fantastic pool.... the set up is great and the house has everything you could need and is a short walk to everything.... the nightly sunsets at the Malecon were amazing and everyone is so friendly. Carla and Esteban are amazing hosts and quick to respond and answer any questions you may have... Gaby who cleaned twice a week is very friendly and had a huge smile always.... we will be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental..... thanks so much Carla and Esteban and see you next winter

Summary: Very nice house, fully equipped. Great pool to cool you down. No more than a 15 minute walk to ANYWHERE in Barra. Secure, good air conditioning. Will stay again!

Summary: Felt like home. Loved the area as it is close to everything. It was great having a pool to cool off in After a day out or just relaxing. The owners were very nice and quick to respond if you had any questions. The lady that cleans twice a week is lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Barra. Esteban and Carla were extremely attentive. Everything you will need is in the home. We always felt safe and enjoyed the private yard and pool. Our kids spent hours in the pool after each beach day. Wifi was great, with strong Netflix streaming. Exploring Barra's shops and restaurants was easy by foot. I'd recommend renting a car if you want to visit the other beaches north of here. The further north we went, the emptier the beaches. Upon arrival we drove south from the airport into Manzanillo and loaded up on groceries at Walmart. Our family will definitely be returning. Thank you Carla, Esteban, and Gabby!

Summary: We had a wonderful few weeks at Carla and Esteban's home in Barra. The house was beautiful and comfortable with an incredible outdoor space where we spent most of our time. Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Carla and Esteban were wonderful hosts! They were always very responsive to all our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the casa. It was very walkable to restaurants and anything we needed. Gaby, the housekeeper, was also a jewel. We loved Barra and looking forward to a return trip.
