Summary: Beautiful house! Had a great time with friends, bar-b-queuing, swimming in the pool, lounging in the hot tub and playing board games. It was also conveniently located close to the fresh water springs. I definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Visiting my daughter in Apopka. Had a great stay. Pool and hot tub had no issues. Plenty of accessories like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They do have a 5 person threshold where more than that will be extra.

Summary: We had a great time during our stay! House was nice and clean with plenty of space, pool and hot tub were great, host was accommodating with our dogs. Everything we could ask for and house was as described (perhaps even better). Lots of nearby parks to visit and if you like seafood you have to check out the Nauti Lobstah just a few miles away.

Summary: We stayed at this home for my niece’s wedding and were initially very happy with our choice. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and the host was kind and responsive. However, our experience was significantly impacted by a major electrical failure during our stay.The power panel went out, leaving half the house without electricity. This meant no heat, no hot water, no refrigerator, and no working gas logs in the fireplace. The temperature inside dropped to 57 degrees, making for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Multiple workers came to try and fix the issue, but it was never resolved. The owner alo came and attempted to fix the gas logs but was unsuccessful.The host did offer another property, but it was 30 minutes away and too small for our group, which had specifically chosen this home so our family could stay together near the wedding venue. Also, this offer was presented at 10:00 pm on Thursday night (2 days into the issue). With the wedding being at 2:00 on Friday, this really didn’t give us an opportunity to pack up and move. We were only able to go, in shifts; to the house he offered for the last night to take showers before the wedding.Given the circumstances, we asked for a partial refund since we didn’t receive the accommodations we paid for, but the owner refused.While the home itself is lovely and the host was responsive, the unresolved power issues and lack of a

Summary: We had a great experience!!! Beautiful spacious house. We did have some issues during our stay, the hot tub was broken and unable to use, pool heater was also acting up and we were not able to use pool either. We had some cold weather, so the warmer water would have been ideal. We cooked two meals and they had everything we needed! Well equipped house. I was not expecting a separate contract than our normal booking with VRBO, price changes depending how many people stay at the house. We had chosen 6 people, but the contract was only for 5, so the price went up. We have family near the area that came to visit for a night, so I had to add them as well. This was disclosed after booking and making payment. Because of the timing of our booking we were not able to cancel if we wanted to. Other than that, we had an excellent stay, manager was quick to respond and very friendly. Mount Dora is near by so we were able to visit and also visit and hang out at some of the springs. Very well located, beautiful and quiet neighborhood.
