Positive: The accomodation is located in an amazing residential area with wonderful facilities such as private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, several pools and gyms that you can use even after you check out from the room. This made my holiday very good. The place has an amazing balcony with a view to the sea. It is 10 minutes away from the airport. The self-check in makes it easy to get to the flat at anytime.
Negative: When I was already packing in the livingroom to check out, someone opened the door of a room of the apartement, and then a lady came out from there. I was shocked and terrified. Then I found out she was the cleaning lady waiting me leaving the place. I told it to the owner that it was an unpleasat experience, but then the only thing he answered was a screenshot of this accomodation which shows that this is not a private flat, but a private room. It is better to discuss it with the owner if you have to be prepared that someone else can appear in the living room and kitchen to avoid shocks and misunderstandings.
