Positive: Great location, views and outdoor area. Great house for a large group.

Negative: The house was not clean upon arrival. Eventually we organised for the house to be reset and was super clean after that. The cleaner was lovely. Bunk beds did not have proper mattresses, they were very thin and uncomfortable. Sixth bedroom (double bed) was not in the main house but attached to the main garage. This could be a pro or a con depending on group. The disconnect of the room from the main house should be made known upfront. A painter turned up the morning we were checking out. The overlap was not ideal
