Positive: The amenities were fantastic and the pool and spa were used well. Kitchen had all we needed also. We weren’t sure if the refrigerator had filtered water so we only used it for cooking. The beds were comfortable and mostly clean. Everything worked well with a few exceptions provided below.
Negative: 1. The shared shower would be even better if the glass was frosted for more privacy and ability to use the bathroom while others showered. 2. The pool app did not work until you were on site so harder to switch the heat to the spa before arriving home. 3. One of my pillow stank but I had brought my own so I was ok. 4. Having a cot type bed option for use in the master or other large bedroom with the two full beds would’ve been great! 5. Having somewhere to lay out your suitcase on instead of the dresser drawers would be a plus also.
Summary: Overall this vacation rental home with its nice amenities was suited for 5 people max.

Positive: The pictures were totally accurate and the property was as advertised.
Negative: There were a few small maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Things management is or should be fully aware of. The home is excellent it just needs a little TLC.
Summary: I would recommend this home to a family or couple looking to spend a relaxing time in Indio/Palm Desert.

Positive: Loved the lay out and couch. The location was great and neighborhood was quiet
Negative: All the pool sticks were broken we couldn’t use the pool table. The tv didn’t work in one of the kids rooms. I actually fell through the lounge chair outside. It was so sun damaged the chair ripped after I sat on it for 10 mins and I weigh 120lbs. It was pretty clean except there was a giant food splat on the hall Door which it’s like if you miss that then what else did you not do? There were also price tags on EVERYTHING lol one or two done but everywhere just killed me.
