Summary: A beautiful and very spacious villa with a lovely private pool A great living space for a large group, all rooms have ensuite facilities. Lovely space inside and out for family time Great location only a few minutes' walk from the onsite community pool and club. Within 30 minutes of all the major Disney and Universal parks and local shops and restaurants were no more than a 5-minute drive away Overall an excelletn villa in a great location

Summary: Very nice overall. We had 11 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone and enough privacy to feel comfortable. Kitchen was nicely laid out and easy to socialize while cooking as well as supervise swimming. Plenty of TVs for individuals to watch their own preferences. Pool and spa area had plenty of seating. Kids enjoyed the pool table in garage. This house is within walking distance to the resort clubhouse and pool which was really nice. Area felt very safe and pleasant. Driveway parking was spacious. Communication and booking were easy and excellent. A few things to note, we had struggles with the keyless entry system. You had to pull out on the door to get it to release because it was slightly misaligned and wouldn't allow the lock to retract or engage otherwise. It would be nice if there was a way to override the pool alarm because we weren't able to leave just the screen door for air flow or the alarm goes off.
