This is a charming and luminous condo of 958 sq. ft. fully furnished with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota with an amazing water view!
It features 1 bedroom, 1 den (a bedroom without a window), 1.5 bathroom, kitchen, and cozy living room with large sliding doors to the terrace. On the third floor of the brand new luxury residence (with an elevator).
★Living Area:
Next you will find the very luminous living room. Large sliding windows let the light in and you can enjoy the beautiful view on the water and the bay to your left with the beautiful sunset!
It features a large grey sofa, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels!
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen is featuring brand new appliances and granite counter tops.
Amenities include a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, a brand new grill on the balcony, and everything you may need to cook.
★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
Enter this charming condo and on the right hand side is your bedroom. it includes a king size bed with a lovely decoration in tones of blue, a window, 2 nightstands and a TV.
★Den:
From the condo's hallway, you can access the den which includes a trundle bed (2 twin size beds) and a night stand.
★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

★Laundry:
There's a closet with your washer/dryer, and a large dressing room offering plenty of space for your belongings.
★Outdoor Space:
The lovely terrace with its outdoor furniture will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all year long, the views and quiet of the bay.

The Strand offers a communal heated pool and spa.

Summary: Everything was as presented. The owners were responsive and kind. Location was great in terms of accessibility to everything. The only minus was it wasn’t a location conducive for walking. Otherwise everything was spot on. Great amenities, lovely view. Overall terrific.

Summary: Host was communicative and the place was well designed and equipped with all the things we needed. Preparing for HOA and getting into the condo was a bit complicated compared to a hotel experience, but explained thoroughly and led to us feeling safe during our stay. We enjoyed having access to the amenities like the pool, gym, and kayak launch. Saw some great sunsets! The elevator was not working for several days, but I’m sure this is rare as the building seems new. The king bed was very firm, keep that in mind if you have a preference. Location was good, but having a car is needed as busy road was not enjoyable to walk on.

Summary: This property was cute, had a beautiful view of the canal, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. It was a short drive, or walk into the downtown and the neighborhood was safe and secure. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Summary: Although hurricane Ian cut the visit short, the property was amazing and immaculate! The manager was extremely helpful during the evacuation process. The location was excellent right near downtown Sarasota and the condo was absolutely beautiful!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
