Positive: We loved the cabin. The quiet neighborhood. The swimming access was great The water was warm.
Negative: Traffic when leaving was pretty bad due to a wreck but nothing from the property itself. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Lovely place. Location was quiet and quant.
Negative: You did not have comfortable sleeping for 10 adults. Had to get 2 air mattresses. Also, you didn't stock enough toilet paper and paper towels for the amount of people. Had to call 911 for fire next door in the yard and didn't want it to spread. We noticed it late around 10. They came and contained it.

Positive: Spacious, cozy, absolutely loved the Christmas decor, great location
Negative: The rental was advertised as having 3 bathrooms with showers when in reality it was two full baths and a half. If I had known this I wouldn’t have booked. We had no choice but to make it work. Oh and I wanted to mop midway through the stay but couldn’t find a mop.

Negative: The only thing i would suggest is to make sure they vacuum the carpet seems like past reviews said the same thing we found press on nails in the living room

Positive: Nice location, up in the mountains, pretty property, roomy for a family trip. The masterbedroom suite is beautiful, that bathroom is amazing. The deck is great for outdoor hangouts, the view from the big glass windows is exactly what you want in the mountains. The kitchen was great for fixing out meals and the living room furniture was comfortable. Not far from lots of things to do. Also, the price is really good for location and set up. The hosts are responsive and do try to help with any concerns while you are there. While not a perfect property it's a great deal for the price, especially if you're going to be out more than in or can bring some of your own entertainment instead of depending on tv or internet.
Negative: One of the rooms had no lights only a lamp that didn't always work well. Washing machine broke while we were there, and while unable to fix while we were there they were quick to come and look at it unfortunately we had to make due without it. If the hosts had looked in the guest book they would have seen the same complaint from previous guests and may have been able to get a head start on the issue. Not sure about the internet set up, it didn't work while we were there which meant we had no tv for the week, a bit of a bummer in the evenings. They did respond and try to get it back up and running for us, but the issue was apparently with a tower. This makes sense given the location of the house, up high in the mountains, even if internet worked it's probably slower, a satellite dish could help with entertainment for guests when they stay in. Not a big deal but a deep clean would do wonders for this place, especially up in the windows to knock back some of the spiderwebs. With a few tweaks this could be a top notch stay, I'm sure the hosts are working to improve it.
