Positive: Facilities and room were great. Pool and spa facilities were also a highlight for the kids. Room was clean and comfortable.
Negative: Parking was the only thing that was a little difficult, but wouldn't deter me from staying again.

Positive: The view was amazing!! The place was clean and beautiful vibes to stay in
Negative: Maybe if you could have supplied conditioner (would be helpful), maybe a few more mugs, little milk sashes, salt and pepper sashes and possibly 4 towels per bathroom (pool and shower) besides that everything was exceptional!!! And we really enjoyed our stay it was a lovely accommodation!!!

Negative: Leakage underneath the kitchen sink Loose skirting board underneath the dishwasher Shared bathroom door doesn't close properly when the vent is turned on One of the stove burner cap is missing Frying pan is does not fit to use. The biggest drawback is finding parking space, which we also spent roughly $120 for a 5-night stay. In addition, the wait for the elevators when checking out was quite long.

Positive: Fantastic location Light rail close by, shopping centres plenty of eateries within 5 minutes. Walk. Ease of access to key which was located off site at light rail station with personal entry code to locked box.
Negative: No dislikes, I really enjoyed the 5 night stay with my sister.

Positive: Easy communication, room was comfortable and clean. The view was nice. The pool, spa, gym and bbq areas are lovely.
Negative: Key collection - although quite easy once you’re right in front of it. It is not in a very accessible location. There’s no parking nearby. You would have to either park at PACFair or like us, I got dropped off around the corner while my partner drove around the block.

Positive: The apartment itself was very good, comfortable and clean and was in a great location. View was amazing on the 39th floor, if you can cope with the vertigo!
Negative: It was not clear until after I booked that I wasn't booking a hotel, so had to do the run around to pick up the key at another location, however it wasn't too much bother. The wifi dropped out for 2 days which was a royal pain, and the only number to contact was an Australian local number, which seemed to much bother. There was no information on how to contact anyone by text or email at the property. It did however come back on later in the stay.
Summary: Great location, tidy and comfortable apartment.
