Positive: The venue makes a big effort. The pool, and unit is very well laid out and kitted, furniture and ornaments are lovely and modern, a real beach villa feel. The gardens and surrounds are neat and clean. There are 3 staff running around which is great for tidiness but can also be annoying when trying to relax.

Negative: The kettle and coffee machine are quite old (bits floating around) and probably need upgrading. The language barrier is very hard with the Chef and getting anything is very hard, you do have to prepare and be organized arriving or have what you want with you. A pro and con of being so remote and isolated. The nearest main shop is 30min away and everything is cash, so no card facilities make it hard and stressful to do anything, including paying for the venue if paying on arrival. The Wi Fi is very intermittent, don't rely on it for comms. There is a lot of dibree on the surrounding beaches.

Summary: Clean, Neat Modern unit, with some language and common island issues, all in a decent stay.

Positive: The villa is perfect, the location at the beachfront and view on the ocean is amazing. We enjoyed 5 days stay it was great. We ordered breakfasts and dinners to be prepared by the cook who is available to purchase food and cook for the guests. The villa has 24/7 security guard at the property. It worked for us perfectly and I miss it already. The owner is available online to support your wishes and answer questions or help with booking taxi transfer or boat trips.

Positive: Everything about Sakina Villa exceeded expectations. The Villa was very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful with a great view of the sea and sunsets. The resident chef cooked whatever we wanted including exceptional, fresh seafood dishes.
