Summary: We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to explore the city and go to a concert. Dustin was a great host, and was easy to get a hold of. He even took the time to get fresh flowers and pastries from a local bakery, which was amazing. The unit has a tenant living up top, but the insulation is great and we barely heard them up there. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of room to park. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was nice. The unit itself was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. They had an air mattress, which made it so our fourth person did not have to sleep on the couch. We used the kitchen to cook our meals, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was amazing - unfortunately, we did not get to sit outside very much because it was windy and still cold in May Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!
