Summary: This is a pretty standard 2 bedroom Shanghai apartment probably built in the last 20 years. Very central location - convenient. 31st floor - very convenient Ultra helpful host - all questions answered rapidly and helpfully. RECOMMENDED.

Summary: Love its location! Walking distance to Wujiang road and west Nanjing road. Convenient access to lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get taxi and metro. Clean rooms that suits for family of 4. Host Faye is friendly and kind too.

Summary: we like the property & locatian. washer & dryer, grocery store just downstairs next to the building gate & Faye is the best ( she is helping us with everything we need ).

Summary: Our stay at Faye’s place was very joyful. The instructions of how to access the property was very easy to understand with pictures. On the first day, Faye had her helper stored fresh milk and fruits to welcome me and my children. She also checked in with me later on that day to ensure everything was okay and if I had any questions. Additionally, she sent me maps of how to get to some of the key places near the property, for example, bus stops, the National Nature Museum, the subway entrance, and etc. That information was very helpful for the rest of our stay. It is located in a very convenient location. It has easy access to subway and bus, Family Marts, restaurants, and hospital just in case. The place is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It had great view of the Shanghai World Financial Center, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Tower, and more. At night, when the neon lights were on, you got a million dollar view through the windows. Since our stay was during high humid and heat season, we had to change our clothes often. With the limited clothes that we brought with us for our trip, we were very grateful that the place has wash machine, tons of hangers, and clothing rack to allow us to get our clothes cleaned and able to change into refreshed clothes every day. We felt like home during our stay and will definitely book Faye’s place again.

Summary: Lovely place with everything you need! Gorgeous Shanghai city view, great location, easy to get around and surrounded by lots of good restaurants. Faye helped us organise airport transfer and the communication and checked-in were perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who travels to Shanghai!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view overseeing the city and great location with short walking distance to the West Nanjing Road subway station.
