Summary: Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent mirror lighting for makeup. Needed tissues, drinking cups in room. Comfortable beds. Some highway noise, but not bad. Great towels, big & soft. Overall a 4.5/5. Very minor issues. Would stay again.

Summary: I was worried about the reviews but I had already booked on VRBO before seeing them. The hotel is under a LOT of reservations and they're doing the rooms before the outside is complete. The outside shows its older age but the renovated room I stayed in was clean and in good working order except a sink had low pressure. I told Angie about it and she had no problem at all moving me from that room to the room next door so I wouldn't have to wait on their maintenance team. 10/10 I would stay here again simply for the willingness to work with me. I first needed 2 rooms and at checkout I only needed 1. Also, a day before I told her about how I needed to shift the days forward to accommodate for the ever changing military lifestyle. Angie did not mind one bit to adjust and help out any way possible. She showed me an unrevovated room and I can see why previous guests wrote the reviews they did. I can say with certainty that they are trying to change from their previous conditions.

Summary: Angie and her staff (Nancy) we very accommodating when we arrived. Angie was very helpfully making arrangements for some of our family arriving early. The rooms were clean and updated with lots of room for our weekend stay. We look forward to staying there in our future visits.

Summary: The motel is in the middle of renovations but don’t let that stop you. The rooms are large and beautifully renovated. Angie the owner makes you feel like family.

Summary: Great experience with stay and staff. Rooms were nice and clean, hotel provided great service with anything I needed. Hotel also has great wifi connection for my online work on my laptop and any other work I needed with wifi connection. Hotel receptionists also was very kind and made sure my stay was comfortable as my own place, being available for anything I needed at anytime. Location is in entrance of Killeen so no driving around to find hotels, would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Killeen or any other reason to stay.

Summary: Stayed last night and had a great calm night, service was awesome provided by hotel clerks, rooms are spacious and had big desks for work or study with awesome wifi connections. Not local but thanks to hotel clerk, found everything and anything I wanted as far as stores and places, very quiet at nights so got some great rest, would really recommend this hotel as it's first hotel entering Killeen,
