This property has spectacular views of the ocean and the lagoon Mata Redonda. The hotel property which adjoins our villa can be accessed through two gates by golf cart, bicycle or on foot.
The decorator furnished villa features 3.5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. It sleeps 8 on beds. One bedroom has a queen sized bed with its' own bath and a twin sofa bed. Another bedroom has a king sized bed and an adjoining bathroom and bedroom with bunkbeds, a full on the bottom and a twin on the top, suitable as a family suite. The third bedroom has a king sized bed and a twin sofa bed and its' own adjoining bath which is on the first floor and handicapped accessible. A full laundry and fully equipped kitchen with Jenn Air stove and oven are also included. The kitchen is open to the livingroom area with views to the ocean.
The villa includes a golf cart, bicycles, kayak and BBQ in addition to 3 TV's and internet. Several board games are included as well. Separate air conditioning in each room plus one central air conditioning for the dining and living area downstairs.
By staying inside the Dorado Beach Ritz Reserve property, you have the option of purchasing a House Guests Program. This program is available exclusively for guests staying at a residence within the community of Dorado Beach.
The House Guest Program is available for a weekly fee of $350.00 per guests, plus applicable taxes for up to 8 guests. Children under the age of six (6) will enjoy complimentary access.

Summary: It really broke my heart to check out. This place beautifully decorated with original art. The come is spacious & clean. Very well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture for a relaxing stay. Steps from a semi-private beach with amazing biodiversity in shallow water snorkeling that can be safe for the whole family. Turtles, manatee, sea stars, lots of different types of coral and fish. Friendly & helpful management. I can't wait to come back.

Summary: We stayed for a week at this beautiful home. It was perfect! Clean, organized, stocked with everything we needed and gorgeous. It exceeded our expectations! The view and location were perfect and we felt safe and comfortable. The kids loved the golf cart, we enjoyed the beach and had a wonderful time! We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back.

Summary: We had a great time! Not only was it a beautiful and spacious house, but the location was wonderful. Having access to the golf cart to zip around the area was a highlight. Another highlight was the waterpark on the weekends - to us, it was worth the extra fee. We loved having access to the small beach steps away from the back door. Most days we had the small beach to ourselves and we kayaked every day. We would highly recommend!

Summary: We came with two young kids and a pair of grandparents, plenty of space to spread out so you aren’t on top of each other. Everything was pretty clean, no issues checking in, ordering groceries or purchasing access to the beach club. Would happily stay again.

Summary: When we left, the grandchildren waved the house goodbye and said "Bye, house, see you next summer". They echoed our two thumbs up for the whole experiance. The proximity to the beach, the access to the Dorado Beach Watermill park sold them to the idea that this is it! We apprecieated the friendliness of all we interacted with, the accuracy of the description, the nice touches, the completely airconditioned house were everything worked really well, the golf cart, so many details! And the artwork by local artits, exquisite! It was a privaledge to share this wonderful setting with the family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Summary: This property is awesome! The pictures don't do it justice. My family of 7 just stayed here and we absolutely loved it. House is huge and a small private beach is right out the back door. The beach behind the house has a protective reef so makes for excellent and safe swimming. if you are willing to swim a ways, there is an excellent snorkeling reef right there in your own private cove out near the protective reef. The water is super clear. We did purchase the week long Dorado Beach Club membership (worth it) which gives access to the waterpark (weekends only), the Ritz beaches and pools and the golf courses and on property restaurants and coffee shop. We would alternate our time between our own private beach or taking the golf cart (comes with the property) over to the beach at the Ritz. Both are awesome. What is nice about the private beach is that we were the only ones there and it is a paved path and lawn from your backdoor to the beach no more than 50 yards. This makes it easy to shuttle pina coladas or a hot lunch to the beach. Everything in the house was top notch. They had excellent cookware, beautifully decorated and many things that don't come with most rentals. The surroundings are beautiful. Super safe as you have to go through two gates to enter and the second gate is right outside your front door and it is a manned gate 24 hours a day. The owner Isabel is excellent to work with. She is very kind and accommodating and a good communicator. She also speaks perfect English. She had her assistant on site when we arrived to give us a tour of the home and the property. This vacation could not have been any better. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great location and easy access to the club. Everything worked well. New bedding and towels were nice. Furniture a little tired but didn’t matter because the location was so great. Spent most of the time outdoors.

Summary: This is the third time our family has traveled to Puerto Rico and stayed at a Dorado Beach Resort villa. We LOVE this island, the people and the culture. Isabel and her family were fantastic hosts. Caring, considerate and honest. They were so kind to meet us, even though we did not arrive until very late at night. This Villa was in an ideal location just steps to the beach. We fell asleep to the lullaby of the Coqui ( the small frogs on the island ) and woke up to the song of the sea. There are views from every room. And of course, the true draw of this villa is its location within the Ritz Carlton Reserve and access to the weekly club membership. We want you all to know that Puerto Rico has COVID prevention guidelines that are extraordinary. Every public place has precautions in place and everyone is respectful of the rules. As health care providers, we were careful to ensure that we were safe and we kept others safe. The restaurants, the gym, the spa, the beaches, and the water park were impeccably maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and thankful to care for your every need. It is a GREAT time to visit because not a lot of people are willing to travel now. It was not uncommon for us to be the only family on the beach, or at the pool. It was somewhat unsettling, then we embraced it to add to our feeling of relaxing in paradise made especially for us. We can’t thank you enough Isabel for opening your home to us during this pandemic. We are glad that we had an opportunity to meet you and your daughter. We needed time to recharge and are blessed to have experienced another beautiful week in your lovely home.
