LUXURY VILLA WITH LOCATION OVERLOOKING TSAMPIKA BEACH - SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS - BETWEEN LINDOS AND RHODES TOWN. ECO-FRIENDLY VILLA POWERED BY THE SUN. FIVE STAR REVIEWS FROM EVERY GUEST LAST SEASON.
One of a group of 3 exclusive detached villas in a peaceful location easily reached from the main Rhodes-Lindos road. The villa sits on a hillside with spectacular panoramic views including the famous Tsambika beach and monastery and a broad expanse of blue Aegean Sea.
It is a well appointed and impressive property, tastefully furnished and styled in modern design and with a swimming pool (heated on request - contact owner for details). The ground floor comprises an open plan living and dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. The spiral marble staircase leads to the second floor where there is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom. All rooms open onto balconies, decking or patios with sea views. (Note - the villa is designed to sleep 8 but has a maximum occupancy of 9 - with an additional fold out bed and/or cot. Please enquire if you wish to accommodate 9 adults for details). The villa is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances. There is large screen TV system with Netflix, Bluray/DVD, AppleTV. Unlimited wireless internet are available for guest use.
The villa is set on a three quarter acre plot with spacious private gardens featuring olive, citrus fruit and conifer trees and a variety of shrubs and a small established pine wood. There is a large, private swimming pool with spacious tiled sun decks equipped with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and sun umbrellas. There is a BBQ and pagoda. Two large granite tables provide the option of fine dining either in the shade of the pagoda or the decking. There is parking space for up to 3 cars.
The location of the villa, midway along the popular east coast, could not be better to fully enjoy the island. The famous Tsambika beach is a short drive down the hill (or walk for the more adventurous); this is widely regarded as the best on the island with a kilometre of golden sand fully equipped with beach facilities and water sports. This is overlooked by the spectacular and historic hilltop Tsambika monastery. There are numerous local tavernas. The Panorama Restaurant, with its spectacular views of Tsambika beach and monastery, is only 10 minutes walk away. Rhodes Town is 25 minutes drive with its famous medieval walled old town and picturesque harbour. The beautiful village of Lindos is 20 minutes drive in the opposite direction. The local town of Archangelos is 5 minutes drive and offers a full range of shops and facilities. The airport is 30 minutes drive. Other picturesque beach resorts within easy reach include Haraki, Stegna and Kolymbia. There is easy access to the beautiful central mountain region with its tiny villages clinging to the hillsides. An 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes away.
A car is considered essential to fully enjoy a holiday at the villa.
We are proud to offer the villa on a self catering basis for others to enjoy for parts of the year when we are not enjoying it ourselves. It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.
We have installed our own solar system (we are able to do this as the grounds are very extensive) and this generates sufficient electricity to enable us to be net exporters to the grid, so helping to protect the environment.

Summary: Stayed at Patricia’s wonder villa for a week in the Easter holidays and we had a brilliant time. The villa is very spacious and the pool area exceptionally nice too. Peace and quiet with views over Tsambika beach was absolute bliss for us all. Everything on the island is within easy reach and the location means you can pop to the beach within a few minutes and see the whole island form the.hills above too. A superb villa and would highly recommend as Patricia and Anthony were very helpful with everything from start to finish.Absolutely brilliant place for a holiday

Summary: The outside area was amazing and views to the sea were outstanding. The air conditioning was really good and very welcome as a break from the heat. Patricia was very helpful and easy to contact.There was a list of suggestions for local restaurants which was helpful and the food that the panarama restaurant was excellent.We would definitely recommend this Villa

Summary: We had a fabulous 2 weeks in Rhodes and loved this spacious and well-equipped villa, which is perfectly located between Rhodes and Lindos. There are good local shops and conveniences & the lovely sandy Tsambika beach - all in a short drive, and many excellent restaurants within a 15 min drive. Car rental is essential, but we had a quad bike as well and travelled 494km during our 7-day hire, as well as further journeys in the car, so we feel we experienced a lot of the island. We visited Lindos/Acropolis and Rhodes – twice, and toured virtually the entire island, both on the coastal roads from Rhodes, down to Lindos, Prassonisi and up to Kritinia Castle and Ancient Kameiros, as well as cross country, through/around the mountain ranges, which we loved, including several amazing lunches, plus a sunset visit to Monolithos Castle – which was absolutely spectacular! However, the real highlight is waking up each morning and going outside into such a beautiful environment with the expansive views of the coast & surrounding area and the lovely large pool for refreshment. It is truly a unique, relaxing, and energising place to be. Patricia, the villa owner/host was extremely helpful and responsive; from our initial enquiry & queries, prior to our arrival - with lots of useful information, and during our stay, so we felt well supported throughout & would not hesitate to recommend the villa and hope to return soon - to visit the areas we didn’t see during our wonderful 2 week holiday.

Summary: The villa is just as described and pictured with amazing views and plenty of outside space. The location is convenient for accessing places to visit but feels secluded and peaceful. The air conditioning works very well and comfortable spacious rooms meant we all slept very well. The pool is very clean and beautifully maintained along with the lush planting outside. We would definitely recommend this villa and the communication with owner was very helpful before and during the stay. Hope to return one day soon!

Summary: We have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks here. The villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable even in the heatwave whilst we were there. The garden and pool are the real feature of the property with stunning views over the bay. We spent many hours enjoying the pool! Location is perfect, easy journey from the airport, ideal beach for the family, lovely tavernas and lots of lovely places like Lindos, Butterfly Valley and Rhodes Old Town within easy reach. Patricia was a great host, easy to reach and made sure our stay was supported with lots of advice and guidance. We would definitely return!

Summary: A wonderful Villa, no issues at all - very spacious and superb location. Great view and the local beaches were excellent. Found the Panorama restaurant a bit pricey but otherwise all the restaurants were great especially those in Lindos. The beach really is wonderful - ample parking in all venues which was a joy ! The information pack provided by the owners is extremely helpful - probably the the most accurate we have ever been given. The whole holiday, location and beaches and villa were superb. One final point - the local goats to the villa were lovely - a really nice touch to a beautiful holiday.

Summary: We really had a lovely week at the Villa. It is a great location with lots of walks and trails around. The beaches in the vicinity are great and really easy to get to. The kids loved the beaches and playing in and around the pool, which we found to be a really good size to actually swim some lengths! Patricia was a great host, providing loads of really useful information about the villa and Rhodes, and was on hand to assist whenever required. Having an Amazon Fire Stick was also great to keep the kids entertained when required! We had a great time thanks! x

Summary: Great property with very helpful host. Arrived to a welcome pack containing bread, butter, milk , eggs and more which were highly appreciated since our delayed flights meant we missed the shops! We had a wonderful time here A perfect spot in the hills with sea views. The villa was lovely with good air conditioning and blinds for a good nights sleep. Great pool and lots of places to sit outside and read or eat. Lovely beach nearby with lots to do for the kids. Archangelos nearby had plenty of shops and restaurants.
