The 600 m2 house set upon an elevated 4,250 m2 site on the edge of the picturesque village of Benalmádena, provides a splendid stage for enjoying the dramatic views of the Costa del Sol. The Mediterranean Sea to North Africa presents a blue backcloth to the magnificent panorama, which it commands.
An electronic automatic bronze gateway stands vigil over the entrance expanding to a spectacular vista over a romantic winding driveway, flanked by flower gardens.
The house and gardens have been completely reformed and modernised, preserving the original special architectural characteristics. Only the finest of first class materials manipulated by selected artisans were utilised in the reconstruction. The finished result is a home of tremendous beauty and warmth.
An imposing hand crafted teak door permits entrance to the central living area, laid in Portuguese beige/ pink marble with teak inlay. A masonry fireplace adds majestic aura to this bright spacious area illuminated by the Lloyd Wright signature of clerestory windows, a bay window adds further natural brightness providing a portrait vista.
Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; two of which are set in hand selected Onyx, embrace the central living area consisting of drawing and dining rooms, a guest suite with a den , a teak laid library and TV room and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen. A gym, Terraces with breathtaking views and a Zen style tranquil patio with a moving water wall, and shifting concealed LED lighting complete the living areas.
French doors open onto a dining terrace with barbecue and full wet bar overlooking a croquet lawn. A flight of steps opens to a brilliant blue mosaic swimming pool, setting the panorama’s foreground.
Massive trees set upon rolling verdant lawns dress the domain, confirming the solidity and establishment of the estate. Summary: Such a wonderful place to stay. The Villa definitely lives up to the billing if you've seen the pictures. Lovely peaceful location, you can sit in the evenings listening to the wildlife, looking out over the pool to the coast and Med beyond whilst enjoying a drink/BBQ. I shall miss that view! You are also only 10 minutes walk from a large number of Restaurants, many of which are superb. David and Louise are perfect hosts, always on hand to help with anything. It makes for a wonderful holiday - you won't be disappointed!

Summary: The home was very beautiful. There were also lots of special places in the yard to relax (e.g., fire pit, pool, serenity garden...). The pictures of the property are an accurate representation of the home. There were lots of restaurants within shopping distance. Louise was always available to respond to any issues, not that there were many. Loved our stay.

Summary: We have just returned home after the most amazing week staying at this gorgeous villa in Benalmadena. It was the perfect rental and I can not think of anything our hosts hadn’t already thought of or catered for. The interior is very elegant and comfortable and the exterior was beautiful with lots of different areas to hang out in. The pool is fabulous and we spent much of our week either in the pool or lying on the pool sun loungers. Nothing quite prepares you for the how beautiful the view is as we were absolutely blown away when we first walked through the front door. We absolutely loved our week there and can highly recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Lou was fantastic from the very first interaction and throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Likewise with Rosa. Summary: As a family of 5, we have just returned from a week in this Villa and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The villa really is top drawer. Everything you could wish for is available including a to die for pool area. The location in Benalmadena Pueblo is stunning. Only 5 mins walk to the peaceful traditional village which is full of character and Spanish charm including some lovely restaurants. But also very easy to get down to the coast and the centre of the resort including the superb marina. Here there is something for everyone from Ice cream parlours to private boat trips. All accessible within 15 minutes in an Uber. The hosts Louise and David are so friendly and approachable. They were full of advice and quick to offer tips for restaurants/places to go etc. From the minute we booked, Louise was in constant contact. Anyone seriously considering a trip to Benalmadena but looking to be located in a more peaceful location with the hustle and bustle only 15 mins away then this place is perfect. We are already considering booking again. Highly recommended !!

Summary: Louise and David’s house is so amazing with the great views and eclectic works of art all over the house and garden. Absolutely outstanding amenities and comfortable places to relax. 10 out of 10 for communication between me and the owners as well as Anne the guest greeter. A place of total relaxation and bliss.
