Newly refurbished villa with garden, pool, whirlpool and terrace near Alicante. Fully equipped: air conditioning, TV, DVD, wifi, towels, washing machine, tumbler, parking.
Golf course, beaches, cinema, bowling, restaurants, grocery shops, bank, public transport have easy access.
In quiet residential area. 300 days of sun per year.
The house offers three bedrooms, each of it with separate toilet, sink and shower. Two bedrooms have their bathroom ensuite. The cozy rooms themselves have enough storage and are equipped with a queen size double bed. Two toddler beds are available.
The living room is spacious and offers view to pool and garden. It has a TV which is connected to the Wi-Fi and a DVD player.
The fully equiped kitchen (dish washer, oven, microwave, flat ceramic) is at your disposal. You will find everything you need (toaster, coffee machine, juice machine, etc.).
The house comes with a splendid terrace, pool (not secured for kids), Jacuzzi (not heated / pool and Jacuzzi can be used only from May until October), air conditioning in all bedrooms, beautiful olive and palm trees giving you a perfect holiday feeling. Sun beds are available as well as a comfortable lounge on the terrace. A secure parking lot is provided when you bring a car. The house has an alarm for your security.
Alicante itself and its beaches (the beautiful beach of San Juan, for example) can be reached easily in a few minutes by public transport. Busses and trams run all day round.
The second biggest town on the Costa Blanca invites tourists to linger day and night. Its picturesque old city center boosts with countless bars, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Stroll along the Esplanade under magnificent palm trees and feel the vibrant Spanish way of life at night. Explore the harbor and its newly built casino and tempt your luck to be a millionaire. Maybe it's your lucky holiday!
Get a breathtaking view of the city and the Mediterranean sea from Castello Santa Barbara, the medieval castle and cradle of Alicante.
Learn Spanish in one of the many language schools in Alicante. They are in easy reach and many different races are available.
Wide sandy beaches are situated in the north and south of the city and can be reached in a few minutes by car or tram from the house.
The nearest golf course can be reached within 15 minutes by car and offers an 18 - hole course.
The basement of the house is for private use of the owners only and will not be at your disposition.
As the house is in a residential, calm and secure area, please respect our neighbours and avoid using pool, Jacuzzi and terrasse with too much noise at night.

A €150.- cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in time 16-20h. Always by appointment. Any delay of 60 min+ will be charged at least 40 Euros. Late check-in until 22PM possible - 40 Euros

Summary: We have just returned home after a fabulous week at the villa. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay and is beautifully decorated. The pool and outside area is stunning and we spent nearly all our time here. Alicante town centre is a short Uber ride (12 Euros) or tram ride (less than 2 Euros per person) away. Communication with the hosts was great, would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We had a great time at the Villa. It was perfectly presented and functioned perfectly. The bedrooms were close together which was great to be near the children and the indoor space was very open and inviting. The outside space was really nice giving the option on being in the sun around the pool or in the shade. We would highly recommend.

Summary: What an amazing place! It literally is a home from home. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly how it is. Lush location, unfortunately there was road works when we stayed so it was a little bit noisy, but didn’t put us off. Shops are close by, however Masymas was a rip off so I would advise you go to the SuperValu just up the road, or the shop in the Outlet area. It’s so easy to get around if you don’t have a car, there’s trams by the Outlet and it’s cheap as chips! Honestly this property is amazing and we definitely will return.

Summary: Just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport you will find this beautiful stylish villa. The layout of the villa is spot on. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Great little patio area with comfortable seating and large table. Very clean and with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Restaurants and bars about 10 mins walk. Also shopping outlet area 10-15 minute walk with eating places. Owners Jurg and Pascal were very helpful and accommodating. 😍

Summary: We stayed one week in the house, and it fully met our high expectations. We stayed 4 adults and 1 toddler (3 years old), and we all enjoyed the nice facilities of the house. You could easily fit 2 more adults, as there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool and outdoor area is brilliant for relaxing and playing, and the big outdoor gas grill was perfect for evening barbecues. The house is equipped with everything you need and was perfectly clean. You can see that the hosts Jürg and Pascal really cares about the house. The house is located in a very quiet area, but if you want to enjoy Alicante city center or San Juan beach it can be reached by car in 15-20 mins. The Airport is also only around 20 mins away. Summary: The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The pool and gardens are beautiful, especially when lit at night. The balcony was used a lot, it offered a comfortable area in the shade during the day and a dining area for six (day and evening). The villa is in a suberb of Alicante and is secluded and secure. It is a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the tram. The tram gives easy access to Alicante and it shops, port and beaches. We all had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday which we will remember for a long time.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The villa is near to shops restaurants bars everything you need within walking distance. The villa itself is nearly every thing you would want ,it is in very good taste we all loved it . Just minutes from our favorite ice cream parlor which is open until 10pm Mon/Sat (they do sell beers,liquer coffees) It was very well maintained. Pool, House, gardens The owners were great .Nothing too much trouble . We would recommend staying in this property . What you see in photos is exactly what you get . Brilliant .

Summary: Our family traveled to Spain for our daughter's wedding to a Spainard. This house was absolutely perfect for entertaining and hosting our new Spanish family. It is a beautiful, private setting but close to everything. We would definitely recommend it as a rental. Thank you for making our arrival and departure so easy. We hope to return soon!
