Kamala Heights is a spacious villa. Here you can stay together with your family, your friends, or working colleagues, for recreation or business purposes.
We know from experience that one important reason why people chose to book our villa is because they want privacy that you do not get in a hotel.
Even so, to have time to relax, focus on your own, your families, friends or colleagues well being and having time to spend together, you need our staff to do many practical things for you, like cleaning the house, the pool, washing and changing bedclothes etc.
All these things, and all other kind of maintenance of the house, is always included in the price.

Bedrooms for up to 20 people
The villa has altogether seven double bedrooms (fourteen beds) plus ten extra beds (eight of them in the four bigger rooms).
The bedrooms vary in size but all are air-conditioned. They also have big, efficient roof-ventilation fans, which you can use when you think it gets too cool with air-con.
All rooms are equipped with flat TV screens (90 international channels), big safty boxes etc. For more information about the bedrooms and bathrooms .
Internet
All areas in the villa have high speed fiber Wi-Fi internet. You have access to laptop, multi-printer and fax when needed.
Pool area
The villa has a nineteen-metre infinity pool with jacuzzi and a shaded pool area with a bar, where you can take refreshing drinks. Here you can also get a relaxing massage while listening to nice, soft background music, transmitted through speakers in the ceiling.
Clean water
The pool and the Jacuzzi have an electronic water cleaning system. Therefore chlorine is not needed. All water in the house comes from a spring in the mountains above. It is clear, clean, and definitely drinkable.
Upper Terrace
If you prefer to be in the sun, you have a big terrace on the upper floor with a breathtaking view over the sea, the valley, and the mountains.
If you wish to arrange parties for many people, for example on the terrace upstairs, you have a barbeque, long extra tables and many extra chairs at your disposal.

Summary: Booked at the last minute after arriving in Phuket airport . Had a problem communicating with the host due to restrictions in loading the Vrbo app for mobile phones from certain countries . Large villa in a Wonderful location with a infinity pool view overlooking Kamala area , although one needed a transport to move around with the villa being remotely located on a hill . Villa was cleaned daily although they could do with a larger no of towels for guests , Host was friendly and was available at site for any help. Restrictions on loud noises after 10 pm which could disturbances to neighbours. overall our group of 6 friends found this villa very suitable for our requirements .

Summary: Lovely spacious villa nestled on a hilltop surrounded by tropical greenery. The outside space is like a beautiful tranquil tropical hideaway with an infinity pool centerpiece. Very private and quiet. Photos are an accurate representation but really do not do the views in-person justice. The house manager/host, Razzaq is very helpful and ready on hand, if needed, and very quick and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated their help during our stay!. The host and his wife reside on the very bottom level in their own unit (they do not disturb guests), so if any issues arise he is able to assist right away. This Villa is not walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants or beach so be prepared to hire a van if you want to go down the hill to the busy areas. The host is able to arrange all of this for you with ease though and he did so for us. He also arranged our airport transfer as well. But, we really didn’t want to leave the Villa much since we were having such a great time just hanging out together and enjoying the views and infinity pool. A maid comes to tidy up the house daily and do laundry if needed. The host can also assist with ordering food to the Villa, if needed. The host is pretty much able to bring to the Villa anything you need so you do not have to waste time traveling up and down the hill to the busy market area if you do not want to and just enjoy your stay at this beautiful Villa. The only note I have is when showering, the water does not get too hot. So, if you like HOT showers the water is lukewarm at best. The weather in Thailand is really hot though so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. We particularly booked this Villa to host one of our pre-wedding events, our Mehndi, while also being able to gift this Villa stay to some of our guests from the USA. The host just charged us a reasonable fee for the additional guests that came from outside the Villa stay on event day. This was a DIY event but the host was very helpful in the arrangements of our Mehndi event. He helped arrange a dhol player, allowed us to re-arrange furniture to suit the event (we put all back into place of course), and helped us hire some maids to assist with set up, clean up and serving. Our Mehndi event at this Villa was absolutely beautiful and so much fun for everyone. We will definitely come back for a stay here again.
