Over 3,400 square feet on 1/2 an acre. 3 Decks all with amazing lake views, 75" TV, 2 Jacuzzi BathTubs, 2 Fire Pit areas, seating areas by lake. 2 single person kayaks, 1 double kayak, paddle boat, noodle sling seats, corn hole, horseshoes, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, half pickleball court, paddles and balls. The house is fully stocked with coffees, spices, oils, flour, sugar, foil, baggies, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, blow dryer, some waters, extra blankets, beach towels, coolers and hopefully all the gadgets you will need for the kitchen.

We are in the "Mountain Biking Capital of the World" with over 250 miles of biking trails from beginner to expert. Out our back door is the Nationally renowned Beaver Lake, known for being one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the country. Fish from our shoreline! Hiking starts right down the street from our house at Hobbs National Park, Shaddox Hollow & Historic Van Winkle Trailhead. All less than 10 minutes away.
Enjoy bonfires at our cozy firepit nestled on top of the rocks with an amazing lake views!
Paved road, Minutes off Highway 12, 15 minutes from Downtown Rogers.

Summary: My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our time. The property was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed. The property owner was extremely nice and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a great time at this home. The kayaks and paddle boat were a plus and it was easy to rent a pontoon boat for an afternoon. The large living room was great for a big group and we also used the pickle ball net in the driveway. The beach is rocky but nice. Easy access to Rogers. My one caution was that the bedroom situation downstairs was a bit funky - people have to walk through a bedroom to reach the bathroom and hallway.All in all, a great fit for our active family!

Summary: This house is perfect. It’s clean, there is plenty of space indoor and out, and the private beach in the quiet cove is everything. We loved the kayaks and paddle boat. We brought everything we needed for a 3 day stay and never had to leave. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: I stayed here with a few friends and family for a weekend trip for my wife’s birthday. There were so many little amenities it felt like I was at our own house. The easy access to the lake and the multiple places to relax around yard made for a great time enjoying the nice weather. My wife loves to kayak and the kayaks being available for use let her have a great time enjoying the lake. When the weather wasn’t so great we still enjoyed the time thanks to the large porches and plenty of space in the house. Would recommend this home to anyone, and would stay here again if we go back to Beaver lake!

Summary: We spent our summer vacation at this beautiful home and had a fabulous time! The home is beautiful and the view is amazing! We have never stayed at a home that had everything you could ever need and then some:). We were greeted with a basket full of snacks, a basket of fresh fruit and wine. A few of our favorite things were the large couch where all nine of us could comfortably sit and watch tv, the deer that passed through the yard daily and the pickle ball court. Also, the location is great because you feel like you are out in the wilderness yet just a few minutes from Rogers where you can find great places to eat. Christie was very friendly and responsive to any question we may have had. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to be back in the near future:)
