Positive: Location, security features, well maintained. Lounge and kitchen area is huge and very well decorated and furnished. Easy check in and check out. Easy to communicate with the owner. Right next to metro station for easy commute to Istanbul. Zaintjmbarnu high st is literally 2 mins away. Also very nice cafes and restaurants few minutes away from the apartment.
Negative: 2nd room- easily can provide a bed instead of a sofa bed. But the sofas in the lounge are very comfortable.

Positive: A wonderful apartment with excellent furniture and appliances. the location is very good, there are shops nearby, a pedestrian boulevard with shops and cafes, and a metro station (marmaray) right next to the entrance. 13-15 minutes to the city center and main attractions.

Positive: Ideal location. Close to the metro, 10 minutes to the center. There are shops and cafes nearby. Cozy apartment. We highly recommend this apartment.
Negative: No hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel). There are no simple ingredients for cooking (salt, pepper, butter, sugar, etc.). Not very good ventilation in the bathroom.

Positive: The apartment itself was nice, spacious, and clean, with the added convenience of an electronic lock. it has good WIFI connection.
Negative: However, I'd like to reiterate the importance of stocking the kitchen adequately for guests. While it's great to have the option of a kitchen, it loses its appeal if it's essentially unusable due to the lack of basic supplies. Providing essentials like salt, sugar, tea, coffee, a bit of oil, dishwashing detergent, and perhaps a dishcloth or a couple of dishwasher tablets wouldn't entail significant costs for the host. Ultimately, guests choose an apartment over a hotel primarily for the presence of a kitchen, but what's the point if it can't be utilized properly?

Positive: We recently stayed in this apartment and were really impressed. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and it was in the perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from Zeytinbrunu train station. The apartment had two bedrooms (one bedroom and one sofa bed) and a fully stocked kitchen. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but that was a minor inconvenience. Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the equipment in the apartment was top-quality. (A small suggestion for the host would be to provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed to make it more comfortable.) We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Here are 3 specific things we loved about the apartment: 1. It was very clean and well-maintained. 2. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. 3. The location was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, parks and shops. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.
Negative: There were only a few minor things that could have been better. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable, and there was a slight odor in the bathroom. However, the odor was not strong or bothersome, and we experienced the same odor in a presidential suite at the Ramada hotel near the Mall of Istanbul, so it seems to be a common occurrence.
