★ We do not allow the pool to be heated at this home. If the pool is heated at any point in time by our guests it is a minimum $500 fee due to the cost that we will have for this.
★ Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.
Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.
