Positive: Location was just 1-2 minutes away from Kyobashi Station. Multiple 7/11s around, many cafes like Komeda and Doutor is just round the corner. It's walking distance from Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi. There is a ramen shop just opposite that opens till really late for late visitors. There are paid coin laundry machines, mini gym and pantry for using.

Negative: There is no proper work desk within the room. If you want to work on your laptop, I have to use the shared work spaces which is not ideal especially when it is very late. I also have to physically head down to level 2 to top up my water beaker.

Summary: The staff were helpful and efficient. Location was great. Not intended for work travelers.

Positive: Excellent location—close to the Shinkansen and airport metro lines. The room is well organized and equipped with everything you need. The hotel also offers a shared kitchenette with hot and cold water, ice, microwaves, and tables, making it convenient to have a meal on-site.

Negative: The “gym” is very limited—just a couple of noisy machines located next to the kitchenette. Additionally, I found black hair on the bed, which was quite unpleasant and unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint.
