Private waterfront lower apartment unit backing onto Lyons Creek. This modern space has 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, a kitchen and a 3 piece bath. There is a patio off the livingroom that overlooks the dock on the creek where if you time it right you can observe the ducks with their ducklings right in the back yard and in the water. The occasional Blue Heron comes by as well as the occasional Egret. One bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Towels, sheets and kitchen items ready for you to use. Coffee at your fingertips in the mornings. Only a five minute drive to the Majestic Canadian and American Falls. Bring your bicycles or rent them in Niagara and ride all the way to Fort Erie on the bike trail or you can ride the other way to Niagara On The Lake. World class golf courses such as Legends on the Niagara and Thundering Waters are just 5 minutes away. Winery tours as well. Come stay at Lyons Lair on the Water. There's something for everyone. Summary: It was our first time doing an VRBO. Main entrance door lock was an issue from the moment we got there. With it being a Basement apartment dwelling, it was hard to get a good sleep with noisy water pipes every time their toilet flushed. Able to use paddle boat and canoe to get to see some nature. Unfortunately this river is too weedy to enter the water to swim. Host was very friendly and kind.

Summary: We had a great time in Canada at the Niagara Falls. The home was exactly what we expected! It was a beautifully decorated two bedroom home. Very clean and the owner, Maria, was always available to answer questions. The home is approximately 8 min away from the Niagaras and all the activities but far enough for the peace and quiet after a long day at the Falls. I would HIGHLY recommend and will certainly stay there again when visiting the Falls.

Summary: Quiet 2 bedroom updated apartment with separate entrance overlooking the water. Marie and her son Connor are very accommodating. They put special touches on our stay by welcoming us with chocolate covered strawberries, cheese & crackers and wine upon our arrival for our honeymoon stay. Marie's place is literally 5 min from the falls which was perfect for us! We could hear the music from the end of the street but also had the privacy of her hidden gem! Would definitely recommend to others! Thank you Marie and Connor!

Summary: We found Marie's home to be very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short drive to many of the Niagara Falls attractions. For us, it was a perfect location to visit family. Marie was so friendly and made every effort to ensure our comfort. From our first communication with her via internet, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to others.
