Positive: Excellent choice of food in multiple restaurants. You never get bored with the variety and never stay hungry :) A lot of entertainment for kids and teens. Awesome aquapark with newly added slides. Very good gym. Great sunbeds and pools.

Negative: Errrm. Nothing really, that's why we came second time and perhaps would come again. Well, nothing to do with the hotel, but evening shows... Same as 2 years ago and below average. To my taste of course. Getting drinking water replenished in the room was something to closely follow up and either chase cleaning personnel or call reception.

Positive: Everything was amazing, loved all the facilities, staff were super friendly and helpful! Food was great 😊 kids loved the kids club and the shows were brilliant

Negative: Most pools were not heated so very cold and the 2 pools that are heated are used for the swimming camps so you can’t use them. I think everyone we spoke to said the same thing. Should heat a pool for the guests even if it’s the kids pool.

Positive: The variety of food was really good, and generally, the food is great. The selection of pools is great, and the indoor pool for bad-weather days is great. The place is great for families with small children and those who play tennis or are professional swimmers (Olympic heated outdoor pool). The bars and variety and quality of free coctails OK.

Negative: This is a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star. The setup and atmosphere in restaurants are more like school eateries. We were off-season (end of March, beginning of April). However, all pools and restaurants were overcrowded, especially with kids' training groups, so you had to line up for food and everything else. What was the weakest link - the nonsense entertainment. Did not catch the concept; there was no publicity, but some guys were annoyingly hanging around and inviting people to participate in some nonsensical games etc., even if it was obvious from the body language that people prefer to read, sunbathe, chate etc. Service was spiritless and rather cold.

Summary: Great food and pools, but more like sports camp than 5* hotel
