Positive: Lovely rooms and breakfast.

Negative: Didn't appreciate the hidden costs upon arrival. I was charged approx £20 per night to hire a cot for my baby which I wasn't made aware of when booking. The rooms didn't get checked everyday by cleaning staff as I had to ask a few times to have my bedroom bins emptied.

Negative: The room was not super, a bitbsmelly in the bathroom but very clean. Difficult to charge your phone

Positive: It's a nice hotel, with good breakfast and overall environment. Did not try the spa or similar, so cannot comment on that.

Negative: Beds could be a bit more stable, since the divided bed, mattresses and covers move and make it risky for a fall. Not good for a surgical recovery patient. Cleaning of the closets could be also improved. Necessity of keycard to enter 100% of the time, forcing you to make a phone call on arrival.
