Summary: Service not so great. Chased after when I had already paid. Issues about breakfast- charged me for breakfasts I did not eat. Honestly very disappointing, Ghanaian food was also not so great in Ghana. I would not recommend.

Summary: The stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly and supported us throughout the entire stay. They helped with the kids, carried them to the room, entertained them during meals and simply made sure that they got everything they wanted. We as parents could really relax. In addition the pool area was great. The rooms were super clean, and the food was amazing too. I am not sure there is anything negative I could say about our stay, other than we had to leave at some point. 😉

Summary: Amazing, I had a surprise birthday cake delivered by the breakfast team notably Mary and colleagues admist drumming and dancing. It was so delightful. The welcome was also heart warming by the staff and also the welcome gifts are very much appreciated

Summary: All staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, supportive & warmhearted Ghanaian people. They treated me brilliantly fantastic like big family. Room is fabulous & spacious. Bathroom is surprisingly nice & modern. Bed is heavenly comfortable. Cleaning is frequently superb, fresh & marvellous. Fabulous panorama of Accra with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean in Gulf of Guinea from top of floor in hotel. This hotel is a very good spot for trips to the city of Accra, Cape Coast Trail & Kakum National Park. Easy shuttle ride to Accra Airport. Foods & drinks are delicious, fantastic & superb. Service is absolutely fantastic. I am very appreciated with this hotel for looking after me very very very good as staff have no difficulty in getting a communication with me in my disability of deafness. This is the best deaf-friendly awareness of all staff who have greatly thoughtful & kind

Summary: Excellent stay. Friendly and lovely staff who would do everything they can for you. Very clean. Only downside the food menu for evening do not cater for vegetarians. Only meal was breakfast for me which was absolutely delicious and you have a wide selection in the morning. I survived on fruits only after breakfast.

Summary: The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Special thank you to Marcia at the Transportation Desk for her excellent service and tour recommendations and to our driver, Robert, for taking us around on all our tours. We had a wonderful chat with Dan, who greeted us at the entrance of the hotel. He’s a bright and intelligent young man. My brother and I had a great time in Accra and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were amazed seeing all the historic sights and museums and learning about the African culture and history. But most of all, we enjoyed the people. We look forward to our next visit.
