Summary: I would suggest replacing old pillows. Mine were stained also, a lot of mold was in the edges of the shower.

Summary: due to a problem with our plane tickets, we had to get a hotel quickly. This was the only one that seemed to be nearby that also offered a free shuttle service. We were able to find the shuttle and take it to the hotel without any problems. Check-in was quick and easy, but our hotel room was warm, and never fully cooled down. We are not provided with any towels so I took some off a service cart as I was heading down to the front desk and saw the cart there. the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed for a while and certainly had not been cleaned around the edges as there was dust building up around the edges. The bathroom shower did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. The bed, while it had been made, had a disarrayed mattress pad. The bed itself was not very comfortable. For the price we paid we were not impressed with what we received. We did appreciate that. it was within walking distance of several restaurants and a few grocery stores. The shuttle service was quick and frequent, and we greatly appreciated that.

Summary: Nice enough hotel with efficient shuttle service. Breakfast is an absolute rip off. There are hundreds of tour groups that decend on the breakfast in the morning leaving very little to eat. There was lots of errors with items marked as dairy free and other allergens which clearly were not.

Summary: The hotel was great. nice room and staff was friendly and prompt. The train and tram stop was few min down the street with easy access. Hotel also offers a shuttle to airport which is nice and very close to airport which is why we selected this location. The only downfall is the air conditioner was not cold in the room as it was very hot and had to sleep with no blanket as it was very stuffy.

Summary: Check in experience was terrible. Room not available at 4:30 pm. Then given a room where the bed was a pull out sofa. After another wait we were given an acceptable room.
