Negative: The room had a small hot air fan never seen a thing like this in a 4 star hotel. NO CENTRAL HEATING NO AC HEATING ? . . I paid 20 euro extra for a double bed.A double bed was 2 single beds with a matrass topper on top during the night the beds would separate not really a double bed and certainly not worth 20 euro extra

Positive: Receptionist was extremely helpful. Hotel was clean.

Negative: Had a small fan heater in bedroom however didn't do alot to keep the room warm. Very minimal plug sockets in room. Bodywork was empty in bathroom .

Positive: Large rooms with ample storage, and the beds were also incline adjustable which helped for us. Good location next to a mall on one side, and a lake on the other, with a good restaurant in the foyer.

Negative: Some dated equipment, such as the elevator which got stuck for a while. The bathrooms did smell a bit, possibly due to unseen plumbing issues behind the walls?
