Positive: This was the third time I stayed here, 7 nights in total, and it's still one of my absolute favorite places to stay at because MaaSang just does the fundamentals very well, unlike a lot of other properties: - It's always perfectly quiet, I've never heard even the tiniest bit of noise while I was there, unlike even most pricy hotels - The very strong air conditioner - All the facilities are very new and great, especially the very comfortable bed and the bathroom - The supermarket in close walking distance is very useful - The free parking on the property, 1 meter away from the entrance

Negative: The only thing I miss here is a proper oven/cooktop. Not everything I'd like to cook can be done in the provided air fryer and microwave.

Positive: It was absolutely perfect. The best one out of any B&B or room or normally priced hotel I stayed at so far. Great, completely new interior, great bed, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom, plus an extremely strong and pretty silent air conditioner. Even though it was pretty hot outside the room had the perfect temperature within minutes. And there was no noise at all while I was there, it was perfectly quiet (but the other room was empty, so I can't judge the noise isolation of the shared wall between the 2 rooms). The free drinks/snacks in the shared kitchen area are also a nice touch, and the wifi internet connection was really fast (a quick smartphone speedtest showed 230Mbit/s down). And the lockbox for late check-in and checkout at any time is also very useful.

Negative: It was not an issue at all for myself, but the rooms are only accesible via stairs that are a bit steeper than regular stairs.
