Summary: Arrived early but luckily I was allowed to check in. Beautiful scenery in the heart of Wales. Property a little dated with a few faults but beyond that had a lovely weekend. The outdoor pool was very busy but expected because of the beautiful weather. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The grounds are very nice and good for families, however the resort seems to have been left to ruin. The villa we stayed in was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, we had to hoover the whole place and the carpets (which are thread bare) were infested with flies and bugs. Checked the beds for bugs but didn't find any thankfully. Unfortunately wouldn't stay again unless renovated to a decent standard.

Summary: You have to book 1 hour time slot to use swimming pool and other area of spa. On top of that pool water wasn’t heated for the duration of stay. Outdoor pool is useless in cold weather as it’s not heated pool. There was no communication about it from hotel or hotels.com property description.

Summary: We did enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the swim pool. The bungalow where we stayed was very clean but it could do with updating.
