The newly constructed second story 535 square foot loft is adjacent to a 4-bedroom house, which is also available for rent. The apartment features an open-concept kitchen/living room, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is parking for two cars beside the exterior stairs leading to the loft. The 3-acre property is shared with house guests and marina patrons. Summary: Everything in this recently built Loft exceeded expectations; fully equipped kitchen, bbq, beautiful bathroom and although we didn’t use them, 3 lovely closets. The location was lovely and quiet which was just what we wanted. In summer months it would be fun for SUP, kayaking and canoeing. A little distance for groceries or restaurants but don’t let that deter you from enjoying such a sweet location.

Summary: Modern fully equipped one bedroom suite above garage; spacious with great amenities. BBQ(gas) on deck with patio table, huge kitchen and living area; queen wooden post bed, walk-in tiled shower. Linens spa quality. Outdoor fun too - kayaks, canoes, fire pit with muskoka chairs . Owner very helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again.

Summary: Jim and Shelly are wondeful hosts and have created a beautiful and efficient hideaway...and so very peaceful too. Everything in the unit was perfectly laid out. The apartment was even better than we expected. There was even a firepit with plenty of firewood! They take care of the unit and everything is impeccably clean! Thank you for hosting us. We would love to come back again.

Summary: If you like the lake life then this is the place for you. Tucked away at the edge in Cressy not too far from Picton and Sand Banks Provincial park. Word to the wise, please reserve a park pass to all parks in order to get access as limited vehicles are allowed in during the summer busy season.

Summary: The loft was clean, tidy, had all of the amenities we needed. Property was lovely and so peaceful. Lake was beautiful for kayaking and and canoeing and information available was organized and concise. No question we could have had went unanswered by the material given to us about the area, grounds, booking for local beach etc. We would definitely come back to this loft. Thanks Jim!

Summary: In our decades of summer rentals in the County, this was the nicest place we've stayed since a previous rental was sold by the owner who retired and moved to the west coast. The BBQ was fully functional - we used it -and there was a complete complement of kitchen appliances if needed. The AC and ceiling fan were effective during a very humid heat wave. Bathroom and shower were well laid out. Only quibble is we were notified a week before about having to bring our own towels and bath mat - the owner made up for this with a nice jar of condiment left on the kitchen island/ eating surface. Would recommend this place and would stay again.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay in the loft. Visited with my husband and three year old and I'm always worried about safety and space - never want my kiddo bumping into things or breaking anything. This loft was a perfect size for us and loved all the amenities available for us to use - canoes, kayaks, slide, swings, fire pit, etc. Lots of mosquitoes (as expected near the water) so don't forget the spray! Don't know how I forgot to prepare for this part. :) Jim was readily available for any questions and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I thought the location would be too inconvenient, but it did not feel inconvenient at all. We loved being in this nook of Cressy. Would love to return!

Summary: We enjoyed our time in this clean and lovely private apartment by the marina. Kayaking and canoeing and bike riding right from our doorstep, and then a short ride to explore the small villages and towns nearby and the beautiful countryside dotted with wineries and art galleries. What’s not to love?!
