2 Bedroom Cabin in Murphy

The MacGregor is our two bedroom cabin (queen-sized). As with all of our cabins, it is fully heated and air conditioned for your personal comfort.
This log cabin has wide-plank, wood floors, wood walls and ceilings. The wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy and warm on those cool autumn evenings. We provide the firewood and starter. All you have to do is light the fire, we have the first one ready for you when you check in. And there's a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room providing a third sleeping area if needed.
Please be aware that our base rate is for double occupancy. Any guests over two need to be added prior to your reservation request.
The inviting hot tub on the lower deck, accommodates up to five people, with a nice view of the surrounding forest, as well as the mountains in the distance. We also drain and clean the hot tub after every guest leaves. We only add a couple of 1" tabs of bromine (no other chemicals) to insure a pleasant guest experience. Ask our competitors what their policy is.
The living room has a Smart TV for watching Roku TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is a Blu Ray player along with you own password secured high speed WIFI network. And remember our extensive collection of books that is also at your disposal.
Utilize the fully equipped kitchen to prepare whatever your talents or desires dictate.
We are a "no contact" facility. There is no need to check in. You may proceed directly to the cabin. We live on the property but we sell privacy. We are available at any time.

Summary: Our stay was just wonderful the property was well kept and so amazingly peacful. We were very pleased with the quite down time we finally found in this lil nook of heaven. Definitely on the will return again list.

Summary: The MacGregor cabin is delightful! We arrived to a warm and welcoming home. George supplied plenty of firewood to keep the fireplace lit despite the frigid temps outside. Hot tub was clean and was not overloaded with chemicals. We had a slight issue with the showers and George had it fixed within a few hours. We felt like the beds could be updated but to each their own! We would absolutely stay again :)

Summary: We enoyed our 12 nights in this peaceful, well equipped cabin. Correspondence with the property mgr was exceptional! Amenities were fantastic, the hot tub was perfect!

Summary: We appreciate George! This is the second time I've come to this cabin and have always had a wonderful experience! You have privacy, a hot shower, wifi and a great grill. If you happen to forget cutlery and plates there is some there. Really there is nothing to complain about... Except now the vacation is done and I have to go back to work 🤣

Summary: We loved the view and the hot tub on the deck. The fireplace was set for a fire. The decor was truly Scottish. It had all the bathroom and kitchen needs-full refrigerator, range, dishwasher, dishes and cooking needs. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Our only difficulty was that the sofa was so low it was very difficult to get up off of it. (We are old so that would account for some of it.)
