Positive: It was a beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean property. Consideration for short term visitors was covered with very generous provisions and basic groceries. We loved the position of the property so close to both Queens park and café options in walking distance . We relaxed and enjoyed the ambiance of the cottage with all its comfortable and quality furnishings. Many thanks Karen 🦋
Negative: Might consider a good water of garden and the pot plant on veranda needs replacement. Real plants need water 😬
Summary: Amazingly property Would highly recommend it to any visitors to Toowoombah who want a bit of luxury.

Positive: This is a lovely, immaculately clean cottage with a fabulously equipped kitchen. The street is quiet and within easy walking distance of Queens Park and resturants in the city centre. As others have noted the off street parking can be tight to get into but if you are stuck there is free street parking in front of the house. I would recommend this house.
Negative: My only concern was after paying for what on Booking.com was the same price for up to 5 people ( we were just 2) the owner sent a message saying to sleep in the same bed each night or I would be charged an additional fee. On this occasion I was travelling with my husband so we only planned to use one bed but on other occasions I travel with my mother which is why I book houses with more than one bedroom. Probably best if you are in that situation to note it in the special requests so everyone knows before the rental starts.
