Positive: Nice sized room and very friendly and helpful staff. We even bought ferry tickets and a carriage ride on MI from the lodge. Had a small problem with the TV, but staff immediately took action and nicely got us corrected. We would stay there again for sure!

Negative: Room was a bit small, no microwave, and the bed room we booked was supposed to be a king bed, definitely was not a king more like a queen.

Negative: Our bathroom door was broken, hinge was broken, unable to plug in chargers in outlets, just kept falling out. Shower head needed a good cleaning or replaced.

Negative: We had booked for three nights. When we arrived, they only had us booked for two nights. Front desk person was a smark-aleck. We had to go to front desk next day to get our third night, which we were lucky to get. Front desk person in the morning was pleasant though. Then, they ended up charging us for five nights, which we had to fix on our credit card.
