Positive: The property is in a lovely area by Sugarbush there’s lots to do and see. There’s a great pool, it’s a close to Warren Falls which is so fun, bring water shoes, and there’s a lot of good food around, Paradise Provisions great sandwiches.

Negative: There’s no air-conditioning it was incredibly hot and humid, 80 degrees inside, the listing noted air conditioning in multiple places but there is only a small unit in an attic bedroom, it was rough. The staff did bring us fans although they were brought the evening before check out so I didn’t do much. I was told there would be a loss of amenity credit, we shall see, I hope that they do in fact provide the credit. There seems to be confusion between booking sites about the air conditioning but it should still be listed in the description of the house and it’s not. Overall it was enjoyable but very uncomfortable.
