Positive: Upon arriving the staff was very welcoming. We had a small issue with the noise from the air extractor and the staff were very professional and kind.

Negative: The breakfast could be better organised. When we arrived there were not 2 places set and the staff never came to remedy the issue. When we went to complain the staff was not very open or friendly.
