Positive: When we first booked it I was a little cautious because it's a new hotel and I didn't know exactly what to expect. But this place and the hosts hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have everything you may ever need. There's a common area where, if you'd like, you can cook a meal or practice yoga. The real stars of this place, however, is the host family. Thilan, his wife and kids make your stay a special time. Any request, small or large, is always greeted with a smile and a genuine willingness to help and go above and beyond. One night we had a dinner that was cooked by Thilan's wife which also concluded our time in Sri Lanka and all 4 of us agreed in saying it was the best Sri Lankan curry we've had within the two weeks. It was truly exceptional and made using only the freshest of the ingredients. Even after our stay there, Thilan was extremely helpful with organising transfer to the airport. This place is genuinely a hidden gem and I believe a great future awaits them as they absolutely nailed their offering and service. 10/10, would recommend.

Positive: The interior is new and high class. It looks modern with a touch of old money. The walls are very high which makes the room even more luxurious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a really spacious and modern shower as well as a big mirror and sink. Also, the cleanliness is great and we felt safe at all times. If you are into sports, there is a great sports area on the top floor with pilates mats. Also, there is a beautiful dinner and breakfast area on the top floor. Regarding service, the owner family is doing everything themselves. The service was outstanding. We felt like celebrities regarding private dinners which were very delicious and cooked for us only, regarding all our wishes. The dinners were booked on top but quite inexpensive and a true highlight for us. We also got morning juices and were allowed to the room quite some time before check in. All our wishes were fulfilled at all times. The owners are genuinely nice people. We really miss them after our stay. We are looking forward to come back!
Negative: There is nothing to complain about.
Summary: The stay exceeded our expectations. It was our favorite hotel so far.

Positive: I can really recommend this hotel! It’s super new and really high-quality – you can tell a lot of thought went into the details. The architecture is amazing, with high ceilings and a great design that makes the space feel so welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. The location is perfect, everything you need is just a short distance away. I also loved how easy it was to communicate via WhatsApp – super smooth and quick. The host was so friendly and attentive, you really feel at home. And the sense of security was great, I felt safe and taken care of the whole time.

Positive: A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Madiha! The hotel is new, and the rooms are fresh and beautifully designed. It’s run by a wonderful family who are incredibly hospitable and make you feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to the beach with great surf, yet in a peaceful area. Madiha itself is a charming and relaxed surf town. Highly recommended!

Positive: Exceptional hotel. Quietly located and family-run. Completely newly built, beautiful and modernly furnished with delicious materials. Large rooms with terrasse or balkon. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach, where you can see sea turtles from the road or swim around among them behind the protective coral reef. Although there are only 4 rooms, it is possible to order all meals and various juices. We have traveled around Sri Lanka for 7 weeks and eaten local food, but these dishes are definitely the most well-prepared and tasty. The family is incredibly friendly,  welcoming and service is extremely high. Too bad we only had 3 days. Will definitely return.

Positive: We had a really great time at Madiha Venus! The breakfast was pretty good. The location is close the beachfront and restaurants. The room was amazing: very clean, spacious, cozy and stylish with interesting details like carved doors and shutters. We really appreciate hospitality and desire to make our stay excellent. The owner and his wife were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Wish you to maintain the high level of service you have! I can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Positive: We were hesitant to come here because the accommodation had no reviews, but we took the risk and ended up being the very first guests of this exceptional place! The owner of the accommodation worked for 19 years in Dubai in construction and hospitality, and you can truly feel the attention to detail he brought from his experience into this space. A spacious room, a huge bathroom, beautiful terrazzo everywhere, and excellent service from the owner and his wife. They were constantly running around us as if we were a king and queen. Whatever we needed, they helped, arranged, and delivered it. Truly amazing service. When I return to this area, I won’t even think twice about where to stay. The choice is clear. I hope they manage to build the pool next year 😍 as the owner promised! This was one of the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever stayed at during our travels. Thank you!
