Summary: Beautiful property inside and out. To be able to just walk down the stairs and start fishing (and catching) trout on the Madison River is heaven for these 3 old timers. Middle of the stay we had a bull moose walk through the yard and down to the river just a few yards from the back deck - amazing.

Summary: Well appointed house right on the river. Lots of osprey and Eagle watching. Fishing was good when the wind dyed down. Road noise May bother some people, not an issue when out on the back deck overlooking the river.

Summary: My husband snd I really enjoy staying in the yellow house because it’s very convenient to all the best fly fishing spots including right our back. It’s roomy to spread out and beds are very comfortable. Outstanding views and easy access in and out. We love the big fire pit and get lots of use of grill on back deck. We even got a surprise visitor after grilling some halibut one night. That was a black bear looking for leftovers in and around grill. He knocked over some utensils which we heard while eating our dinner and flipped on porch lights in time to see him take off. Anyway fun times and great memories staying on the Madison river. We hope to make it back next year as the yellow house is our favorite place to stay.
