Please read before you request. WE ARE A QUIET FAMILY VACATION HOME ONLY. No functions, wedding receptions, wedding party's or guys weekends . Please do not even ask. If your are looking to party and be loud please book elsewhere. If your looking for a great family vacation home this is your place. Our home is part of an association that has rules please read them and if you cannot follow them please do not book.. If you can please read on.

Our "lake" house is located on Moore's Pond in Madison NH and just minutes away from Silver Lake.
Our house has the perfect set up for two families (or one large one!). The main floor has three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one with two twin beds) and a large open living room, kitchen and dining room, with an 8 foot table for all to gather 'round. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with three twin beds) and great game room with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, Wii and a adjustable basketball hoop in the driveway.
There are lots of nearby outdoor activities year round:
WINTER: Snowmobile right from the house to NH corridor snowmobile trail 19 or ski the cross country trails nearby. Also close to King Pine (8 miles) which offers skiing, public skating, snow tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides. Cranmore (18 miles) and Attitash (25 miles) are also nearby.
SUMMER: Swim, kayak, fish and relax at our own private beach on Moore's Pond. Our home is located directly between the Lakes Region and the White Mountains, so there are lots of choices 25-40 minutes away. Head out for a day on the Saco River, visit Diana's bath, take a drive to Meredith for a cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee. If you have young kids, our favorite is a day at Storyland.
Please contact before booking. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we are looking for families to rent - no groups of friends. Renters must be 30 years or older. Rental agreement required prior to final booking.

Summary: This house is just right. It is comfortable and nicely done, but you can relax. For eating, they have a large wooden table that doesn't need to be mollycoddled, so you don't have to be watching every move that your grandchildren make. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are set up in a way that works for more than one immediate family. The walk to Moore's Pond in their yard is lovely, and Moore's Pond is perfect for those who don't want a lake with motorized boats.

Summary: This is the third time my family rents this property for the New Year and we have always been very pleased. The place is huge, the view is absolutely beautiful and the place is extremely well taken care of. The game room is where we spent all our evenings. Beds are very comfortable, having 4 bathrooms is very useful, the neighborhood is quiet and North Conway is not too far away and definitely worth going to either for a few hours or for a whole day. Communications with Paul are easy and he will do everything he can to make your stay more enjoyable! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay, then don't hesitate and rent this place. You won't be disappointed!

Summary: This is a great property !! House is big and homey . Large yard for playing all types of games and fun . Fire pit is tons of fun day or night. Paul the owner is very easy to communicate with. This was our second summer there and will be looking to stay again . Thank you Paul for a great week in your house

Summary: We had 9 people across three generations staying at the property as a celebration of my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The house and property is so large that it never felt like we were on top of each other when we needed space. And when we all gathered together, including 2 local visiting relatives, there was plenty of room to sit down together for a meal. There's ample parking, lots of things to do both indoors and outdoors, and the lake is relatively quiet (no motor boat traffic). Paul was always responsive to any questions I had. I'm not sure we'll ever be back in the area with such a large group, but if we were, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This was a great location for families and small children, close to North Conway and Storyland plus the house has a cute small pond entrance that the children loved to play at. Great communication from host and house was in great working order. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were a group of four adults and three children. Grandparents, parents and the kids. The house is large and very well equipped. It is great to have a short walk to the swim area where you can also use the kayak or canoe. The large number of bedrooms and the spacious living room and dining area make this place perfect for two families. There was everything in the kitchen we needed and we appreciated the generous supply of plates and flatware along with cooking utensils. The large deck was perfect for relaxing and reading and provided a good view of the sunset. The location is convenient to all the summer activities in the North Conway area and a very short drive to the Kancamagus highway. Our host provided clear instructions on access and other needed information was in an easy to find notebook. A great place to gather and enjoy family time.
