Summary: All around awesome. If you like good vibes, amazing service and a kitsch environment..this place is for you. If you are after neutral tones, staff who are polite but don't talk to you, and a brand new hotel with no noise, then find somewhere else. On whole this place was super fun and heaps of well thought amenities and little touches. Thanks team Magic Castle! Ps. Their resident magician Alonso was amazing!

Summary: Wonderful hotel in Hollywood. Close to the Stars and Chinese Theater. But the best part was feeling like we went back in time when we walked into the hotel. Beautiful place. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We travelled with a large group of mostly teens and booked two rooms. At first glance of the building facade, I wasn't expecting much to experience from the hotel. But from the moment we stepped into the Lobby with our chaotic group of teens, we were greeted by very kind staff members who excitedly checked us in and gave us a quick rundown of the perks of the hotel. From 24/7 pool hours, to free fountain drinks, popsicles, snacks & 24/7 access to it's free laundry facility. It was the perfect place for us. The central courtyard had lots of space for our teens to hang out and relax. The hotel is on a quiet street but just down the road and a quick walk away from the Hollywood walk of fame and many iconic locations in Hollywood including a Metro station which we took to Universal Studios.

Summary: Oh so Friendly!!The staff were so nice and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. The Hotel itself is dated, but the fun atmosphere and little details make staying there a pleasure!!

Summary: Stayed here multiple times. It is a great location for a couple nights in LA. Very family friendly and tons of perks like free candy, soda, popsicles and ice cream all day long! Staff is always helpful.

Summary: The staff and some amenities were amazing. The apartment itself was not the best; it had very squeaky and damaged floating floors, old and damaged furniture. No elevators made carrying luggage up and down the very narrow staircases difficult. Many children were present, so if you want peace and quiet, you might want to consider somewhere else.
