3 Bedroom House in Spring Mountain Ranch, Las Vegas

Welcome to my lovely home for a fabulous vacation, or a business endeavor . Guests have access to the entire 1-story home with pool and spa, palm trees, an abundance of flowers, fruit trees and unobstructed mountain views in a secluded neighborhood.. Multi colored pool lights at night create an enchanting atmosphere. Kitchen is well stocked with many amenities, spices, coffee, tea etc. Convection oven is perfect for cooking and baking! I welcome up to 5 guests and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, office and laundry room. Base price is for 2 guests, any additional guests pay more as displayed on the VRBO website. I'm located in the North West of Las Vegas, close to hwy 95 and interstate 215. There are two shopping centers close by, eateries and fast food, hair dressers, pizzeria and more.. About 10 min on Hwy 95-S is the Centennial shopping center, Cosco just 15 more minutes on 215-East. I’m available if you have questions or need help. You will be swept away when marveling at the sunrise from the backyard or house and the moon by night. Just 15 min. to Mt. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golfing about 8 min, 25 min. to the Strip; 60 min. to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, couple of minutes to Tule Springs Park (Floyd Lamb park), & a few hours to Scott's Castle in Death Valley or Valley of Fire, and a few more. Las Vegas is centrally located to reach an abundance of many tourist destinations and attractions like Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Antelope Valley, Monument Valley, Lake Powell just to name a few. I do care about my guests wellbeing as I put myself into their shoes. Their happiness is my number ONE priority.. Many of my guests come back each year to find relaxation, enjoyment or seek new adventures. As a host, I make sure they find that extra little thing they expect. Summary: My wife and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary with a stay at this beautiful vacation home. Being from Minnesota, we so enjoyed escaping the cold weather and long winter with a 4 night stay which we spent most of at the house and lounging around the pool and in the spa. Everything we needed was in the home. Also had many stores/restaurants nearby. Our only regret was that we didn't book our stay for longer. Thanks Sigrid!

Summary: Everything was amazing! We loved the property and the open layout of the house was amazing. Sigrid was so hospitable and her lemon tree had the most amazing lemons! If your lucky she will let you pick one. Thank you for the great get away even though the pool was too cold to get in.

Summary: We loved our stay. The home was spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed.The outdoor space was our favorite - plenty of seating poolside surrounded by plants, palms, and mountain views. The location (about 25 mins from the strip) was perfect for us. It felt like a quiet oasis. Sigrid was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at her place.

Summary: Fabulous location, well away from the noise and bustle of Vegas. Easy Uber access back to town when needed. Multiple shops etc near to the house. Quiet, upmarket residential area on the northern fringe of Vegas, where the desert takes over.The house, land and pool are high quality. Sigrid lives next door and is a delight to talk to. Her love for the property and her plants shine through.We had a simply superb stay and are looking to return next March.

Summary: Very clean home and excellent communication. Has all the needs for a stay. On business to Vegas and did not want to stay on the strip. Very easy travel to the convention centers, easy off of the highway and convenient to local shopping, trader joes etc.It was great to come back to the quiet and easy pace. Wish it was a bit warmer weather to enjoy the back space, but was great watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee in the sun room. Was a good stay thank you Sigrid!
