One corner houses a home office, another a grand piano at the edge of one of the homes several living rooms and another corner is a wet-bar. There are multiple lounge and dining spaces, all with custom lighting. The main lounge area is anchored with a massive fireplace. A fully stocked commercial kitchen supports large events as well as intimate family dinners. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, lit stone countertops, multiple refrigerators and sinks, a commercial range and vent, dishwasher, ice maker, and a walk-in pantry.
A home theatre with stadium seating, surround sound and high definition projection completes the public entertaining space.
Behind a roll down glass garage door is the private family space. Also accessed by a rear foyer, a custom staircase or elevator opens to a private skylit family room.
Six bedrooms, behind custom reclaimed wood doors, all have en-suite bathrooms.
The master suite has an oversized bedroom with brick walls and ceiling. The five piece bath has a steam shower, soaking tub, infrared sauna, and dual vanity. The walk in closet is absolutely massive and has built in island in the middle!
The laundry room serves the guest bedrooms while the master closet has its own laundry.
Up a custom steel staircase, the rooftop terrace offers ample entertaining space with river views on the edge of Broad Street.
