Perched on a hill above the Pacific just north of Neskowin, Sahhali Tides is just over 3,000 square feet and offers a splendid great room with two-story windows, hardwood flooring, and custom touches throughout. Relax in comfortable modern seating with a slate-fronted gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and loads of ocean light, or step out on the deck for a breathtaking view over the Neskowin marsh to the sea.
Enjoy grilling dinner on the barbecue and admire the sunset, or take a flight of stairs down to the lower-level patio and hot tub.
You’ll want to claim the main-level king suite for yourself—it has a vaulted ceiling, a magnificent shower, and its own door to the ocean view deck. Two queen bedrooms are situated downstairs with easy access to the hot tub. The kids (and likely the adults!) will be thrilled with the adjoining game room, with its pool table, ping-pong and foosball, not to mention darts, and a large flat-screen TV.
Upstairs, there’s another bonus room with space to relax, watch TV and enjoy time with the kids (some toys and even a dollhouse share the space), plus another spacious king bedroom with a small twin tucked under the eaves.
There is convenient access to the beach through the community-owned and maintained Blue Heron trail with the trailhead located right at the property cul-de-sac. There is even a firepit in the sandy area just before you get to the beach, a great place to build a fire and have hot dog roasts.
It’s no distance at all to the quaint village of Neskowin, with a general store, restaurant, and easy beach access along Hawk Creek or through the sweet residential cottages. Lincoln City to the south and Pacific City to the north are less than a half hour away, and it’s just a little further to Tillamook, the Three Capes Scenic Drive, and terrific hiking, fishing, and golf. Summary: Loved the view. Path to beach is steep and not recommended for young or old. Hot tub was very clean. Kitchen needed more fry pans and spatulas. Weather station needs battery replaced. Ice maker in the refrigerator needs filter placed and dishwasher needs filter cleaned. We had to wash small loads of dishes for them to come out clean. Used more water. These are small things that didn't take away from the beauty of the view and the ability of our families to have individual spaces.

Summary: Walk to the beach was quick and nice- saw very few people at the beach, but we did see a coyote! The house was clean and had lots of cooking pots and dishwater. It was hard for me to understand the layout of the house, so here it is (the property is 3 stories) Top floor: a bedroom, full bathroom and lounge area with kids toys in the top floor Middle/Main Floor: a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a half bath, kitchen, garage, mini deck with bbq Bottom floor: 2 bedrooms with a large full bathroom to share and a game room with access to the hot tub We moved some of the decorations on the main floor so the baby couldn’t get up them, but the house was otherwise fine and easy to keep stuff away from the baby. The house is on a septic system, so you are limited on the amount of water you can use a day. The view was beautiful and it was a quick drive into town to grab food if you don’t feel like cooking. Would stay there again!

Summary: My friends and I loved the size and style of the house. We were 2 couples and 2 singles and had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. We loved the walk down to and on the beach as well as the privacy of the beach. There were a few issues with the house: towels were left drying in the dryer in a massive load that I had to separate into 3 loads to get to dry, In addition. a bath rug was left in the washer that was unable to spin the water out. Had to leave it outside in the sun to dry out for 2 days to get it dry. The dryer doesn't work very well. Toaster is broken, no pancake turner, ice maker completely iced up but we were able to clear it out. Overall, we loved the house and would stay here again but wish that the management company would keep an eye on the amenities

Summary: This home is magnificent- perched above the marsh and the waves, the views alone are worth every penny. Beyond that, it fit our party beautifully. Our young adult and pre-teen children had the bottom floor with access to the game room and hot tub, our toddler grandson, son, and daughter-in-love were perfectly situated in the loft suite. We were blessed with sunsets and sunrises on the lanai, coffee in hand. The owners include most of the small things you might forget, including a well stocked pantry, and, blessedly, shampoo and conditioner. Cant recommend highly enough, we'll be back.

Summary: We're very happy we decided on this Neskowin house versus other options. The sunset views are unparalleled! The walk to the ocean is picturesque in itself with a swing and bridge, and easy except a short distance. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Easily holds 8 adults.

Summary: My three friends and I took a few days to get-away and spend some time with new and old friends. We played lots of pinochle. The house was perfect. We had pizza locally and it was great. I would suggest a couple serving bowls be added as well as a 9 x 13 baking dish. The house was amazing. It fit us perfectly. We each had our own bedroom. We would definitely recommend this home.
