This fabulous holiday home, situated in ever popular 'Old Tuross', boasts coastal and beach views. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, the property is within an easy stroll of beaches ideal for swimming, surfing and fishing. Whale watching is also a feature in season.
Equipped kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, the laundry has a washer and dryer. Reverse cycle heating and cooling on both levels for year-round comfort.
The Space:
On the top level of this comfortable home, you'll find the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The room opens to front and rear sun decks, perfect for barbecues or just relaxing in the outdoors. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front sun deck. Views Views Views!!
The entry level has a second living area with kitchenette, microwave & fridge which adjoins the third deck. The additional two bedrooms - one queen bed & two single beds are serviced by a second bathroom & laundry. Both living areas have televisions. Off-street parking.
Guest Access:
Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway/front yard . The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard.
For your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID.Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Kirkham Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Kirkham. The property is non smoking internally.

Summary: House was clean, neat and tidy. It was easy to check in/out and property mgr checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Beautiful view and surroundings. House is cute, close to the beach and had everything you would need. Area wise - bit far to everything and beaches can be quite rough which is hard with smaller children.

Summary: The house was gorgeous!!! Amazing views. It was perfect to accomodate our family and it had everything we needed. It was rainy while we stayed, but the house was very open and we felt very cosy. Will definitely be staying again.

Summary: Great location with walking distance to beaches, Tuross Entrance, national park and shops. Nice house, very well-quipped property (including the kitchen), helpful agents. Wonderful view. Booking was somewhat cumbersome but I understand this will be streamlined a bit. Great place to stay. Lovely Tuross Head, very peaceful compared to bigger places on the South Coast.

Summary: What a beautiful property and a wonderful getaway with kids and grandparents as well. Kirkham is a gorgeous, light and airy 2-story house with windows and sea-and-treetop-views from every living area and most of the bedrooms too. The kitchen was very well equipped (better than home!) and the beds were comfortable. A short 5-min walk down the grassy path next door and over one quite road got us to the beach which, while still covered in bushfire and storm debris above high tide level, was perfect for the kids over a couple of sunny days. The beaches in Tuross Heads aren't patrolled (or at least weren't during this visit) which we weren't sure about before arriving, but it wasn't a problem with little ones, and there were plenty of both 'wavey' and quite beach options within walking distance. Gorgeous walks and paths around the beachfront and along Coila Lake for jogs and outings as well. Will definitely be back!

Summary: Beautiful view from the property and the beach is easily accessible. The property was clean and well maintained, including the amenities. Property manager, Ms Gatty, gave good service. The bedding isn't the best so be prepared. All else is great!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kirkham. A beautiful property with amazing beach views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves and we were lucky to spot a whale. Easy short stroll to the beach. The house was clean and has everything you need with a well equipped kitchen. The property managers were fantastic and easy to communicate with.
