Summary: This house is very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are open and spacious, and the view from the living room and deck is beautiful. Our adult children reported the two bedrooms downstairs were chilly. To get to the beach you have to walk along the highway, however you can drive a short distance north and park. The cove is worth exploring with interesting rock formations, starfish, and sea anemones.

Summary: This house exceeded our expectations and was even nicer than it looked in the online photos. Everyone had their own bathroom which was really convenient, especially with 3 adult daughters. We enjoyed this house so much with its excellent view of the ocean. We also enjoyed the fusball and ping pong table on the main floor. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Summary: Top dollar prices per night for 6-8 guests. Kitchen was extremely basic and not proportionate to the per-nite price - no coffee grinder, only plastic plates and plastic glasses mixed in with numerous wine glasses, no salad bowl........the upper stairwell banniser wobbled and the top threshold was broken plastic. Also my guest took picture of a hypodermic needle found in their guest room....I forwarded it by text and - the reply was "they would inform the maintenance crew". Very amazing view, otherwise very substandard for professional tenants with professional guests (see above examples - there are more to discuss should I receive additional response from management..

Summary: The accommodations were perfect for grandparents - sleeping upstairs and grandchildren sleeping downstairs. The location on the beach was great - but across the street is some junk yard - that had police there one night. The traffic is pretty scary walking to the beach entrance - though you do not need to cross the street. Living conditions are generally good - but this is not a place for people who like to cook. The electric range in the kitchen is not functional - only one burner was adjustable and the others only worked on high! The utensils are marginal but the pans are ok for cooking on this one burner. Other maintenance issues were reported to management company.

Summary: Beautiful view and great living/kitchen space. All bedrooms are large with bathroom for each. No beach access from property. Our pup is old so stairs to go outside was challenging. Two en-suite showers were difficult but others available. One or two housekeeping issues but overall cleanliness was good. Comfortable choice of seating, good beds. Outstanding sunsets!

Summary: We wanted a location near the beach, but safe from Sunami's. The only real issue with this property is the proximity to 101. Lots of road noise. The ocean is also loud, so bring ear plugs if you are not used to this. Long walk or short drive to Seal Rocks park. We didn't use the stairs down to the beach because the locals said it was partially washed-out. Comfortable beds, although the sheets and pillowcases need replacement. Instructions needed for operating the TV, and need some sugar for coffee etc.. Toilet paper was substandard. Need Charmin in a property like this. Great towels however and the Jacuzzi's were great. Need instructions on how to operate the Jacuzzi's or at least a sign near the switches. Proximity to the bakery and Seafood house was great. Half-way between Newport and Waldport is perfect.
